Anagnostou Studios is a real example of accommodation for a recommendation. Although it belongs to Nikiti, it’s closer to Metamorfosi, as it’s at about 600m (walking distance) from this small town full of greenery. A safe and spacious backyard full of greenery, with a private pool, barbecue and outdoor sitting area, as well as a 2-minute on foot from the beach are just some of the benefits of this accommodation.
The property is located about 170 m from the beach, and the nearest shops, bakeries, and tourist stores can be found nearby in Metamorfosi.
There are seven studios and two apartments available. The accommodation units on the ground floor are marked with A, those on the first floor with B, and those on the second floor with C. The units on the first and second floor have entrances from the pool side, and their terraces face the sea. Triple studios can also be rented as double studios.
Studios A1 and A2 are located on the ground floor and have one double bed and one single bed. The single bed is 1.10 m wide, which allows two children to sleep comfortably on it. The ground floor is perfect for families with young children, as these studios have direct access to the flat courtyard. The terraces on the ground floor are separated and offer enough privacy and shade. There is no humidity on the ground floor; on the contrary, everything is very clean and tidy and highly recommended.
Studios B1 and B4 are located on the first floor and have one double bed and one single bed. The single bed is 1.10 m wide, allowing two children to sleep comfortably on it. These two studios are accessed via a separate staircase, providing an even higher level of privacy. B1 faces the courtyard with the barbecue area (east), while B4 faces the courtyard entrance (west).
Studios B2 and B3 are located on the first floor and have one double bed and two single beds, and a folding bed (rancho) can also be added.
Studio C1 has three single beds. It is intended for up to three adults and is located on the second floor.
Apartment C3 accommodates five adults and has two single beds in the first room and one double bed and one single bed in the second room. Apartment C2 can also accommodate up to five adults. It has two single beds in the first room, and one double bed and a sofa bed in the second. This apartment is located in the middle, between C1 and C3, and has the largest terrace. All three units are located on the second floor.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a kitchen, refrigerator with freezer compartment, TV, wireless internet, mosquito nets, and a terrace with awning, outdoor seating, clothes dryer, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are changed after three nights.
In front of the accommodation, there is a spacious and fenced garden full of greenery, with a well-maintained lawn, a swimming pool open throughout the day, and a large private parking area with plenty of space for everyone.
Driving along the Poligiros–Agios Nikolaos main road, 600 m after Metamorfosi in the direction of Nikiti, you will see on the right-hand side the sign for Anagnostou Studios and the property itself.
