Milica Villa is spread over two levels and exudes elegance, spaciousness, and a carefully designed interior that provides superior comfort during your stay. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage room. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The villa is intended for a maximum stay of six adults. In two bedrooms guests have double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds.

A baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request when making a reservation.

The accommodation is designed to provide complete comfort and a worry-free stay. Guests have access to three air conditioners, one in each bedroom, wireless Wi-Fi internet, and a flat-screen TV in the spacious living room, ideal for shared relaxation. The kitchen is modernly equipped and suitable for preparing meals for a larger number of people, featuring a built-in oven with 4 ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Additional convenience is provided by a washing machine and a hair dryer.

The outdoor space is one of the greatest advantages of this property and impresses with its carefully designed ambiance. Cleaning service, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is provided every seven days.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
