Be Villas is located in a quieter part of Kassandra, about 2.3 km from Nea Fokea and about 700 m from the beach, and is therefore most suitable for guests who want a vacation outside the city center, with more privacy and a more relaxed pace of stay. The arranged area with a swimming pool and sun loungers gives the accommodation a pronounced summer character and provides a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation during warmer days. This position is especially suitable for couples, small families or guests who plan to visit the beaches and places on Kassandra by car, and then return to a quieter environment adapted to their vacation.

The property has three rooms with the same layout, arranged on two levels, each of which is intended for a maximum of four adults, with breakfast included in the price of the stay. The ground floor consists of a living room and a bathroom, while the upper level, in the attic, is organized as an open gallery for sleeping. There is a double bed on the open gallery, and additional sleeping places are provided on the sofa for two people in the living room. This arrangement of space suits guests who want a compact but differently designed accommodation unit, with a living and sleeping area arranged on different levels.

All rooms have an identical layout and are identically equipped, with amenities adapted to a comfortable stay without a kitchen area. Each room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, a Smart TV, and a hairdryer, providing guests with practical amenities for rest, connectivity, and the storage of valuables during their stay. A kettle, coffee maker and minibar are available for preparing drinks and basic refreshments, while breakfast is served in the room, since the facility does not have a separate breakfast area. This type of equipment is most suitable for guests who do not plan to prepare meals on their own during their vacation, but want a simpler and more comfortable stay by the pool and the facilities of the facility.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
