Cozy Studio is located in the centre of Thessaloniki, in a lively urban setting that allows guests to stay close to numerous attractions, restaurants, cafés and everything this dynamic city has to offer. Thanks to its excellent location, it is an ideal choice for those who want to explore Thessaloniki while also enjoying its authentic urban atmosphere. Perea, known for its long sandy beach and pleasant seaside setting, is located approximately 25 km from the studio, giving guests the opportunity to combine a city break with relaxing moments by the sea.

This pleasant and functional studio is located on the fourth floor of a residential building with a lift and is an excellent choice for up to two adults and one child over the age of five. The studio is thoughtfully arranged to provide guests with everything they need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person.

A baby cot is not available.

The studio features air conditioning, small fan, WiFi internet, a TV and satellite TV. Guests also have access to a kitchenette equipped with two cooking rings, a small oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, providing guests with a pleasant space to relax and enjoy views of the surroundings and the street.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves. A clean set of bed linen and towels is provided, which guests can change themselves as needed. Additional cleaning of the accommodation is available at an extra charge.

Parking can be found on the surrounding streets, although finding a free space is not always easy. There is also public parking nearby, as well as a parking garage in the building, which is available at an additional charge per hour or per day.

Cozy Studio is located 23 km from Perea, a popular seaside resort with a long sandy beach and a pleasant promenade along the coast, 26 km from Nea Epivates, known for its numerous cafés and tavernas by the sea, and 28 km from Agia Triada, a popular destination with a beautiful sandy beach and a relaxed atmosphere. Thessaloniki International Airport “Makedonia” is located 17 km from the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Stays for persons younger than 5 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
