The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator and is designed to accommodate up to four adults. The carefully organized layout provides a pleasant space for shared living, while the separate bedroom ensures more peace and privacy during the stay. In addition to the living room and bedroom, guests have access to a kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while two sofas in the living room provide sleeping places for one person each.

For the youngest guests, a baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge, making travel easier for parents and contributing to a more practical stay with a small child.

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 40% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
