The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and extends over two levels, offering a spacious and functionally organized environment. Carefully arranged and tastefully designed rooms radiate warmth and harmony, making the stay pleasant for every guest. On the first level, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and one bedroom, while the second level features two additional bedrooms, one of which is positioned on a gallery above the living room and kitchen, as well as an additional bathroom. The apartment is intended for a maximum of eight adults. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third has two single beds with a mechanism that allows them to be converted into double beds. Modern style, functionality, and carefully selected details contribute to a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice during the reservation.

Guests have access to modern central cooling systems in the living room and all bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature and maximum comfort during their stay, even on the hottest summer days, while the living room is equipped with a wall-mounted projector with satellite channels and all bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs, ideal for relaxing with favorite content, and Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the entire apartment; the kitchen is modernly designed with carefully selected details that give it a distinctive style and is fully adapted for everyday meal preparation, offering a spacious oven, two glass-ceramic cooktops, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, along with additional conveniences such as a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, while for extra guest comfort a washing machine and a hairdryer are also provided in each bathroom.

Special attention has been given to the outdoor area, which offers a peaceful atmosphere and ideal conditions for relaxation at any time of day. The apartment features modern and spacious balconies, accessible from every room, equipped with high-quality and comfortable seating, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or pleasant evenings outdoors. The views further enhance the experience, with some balconies offering distant views of the sea and lush greenery, while others provide a calming view of expansive olive groves. In such surroundings, every moment spent outside becomes special, especially at sunset when nature leaves its most beautiful impression.

Cleaning during the guests’ stay is not provided, but it can be arranged for an additional fee. Changing of bed linen and towels is the responsibility of the guests, with additional sets provided for stays longer than five days. Pets are not allowed in this property. One private parking space is provided for guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
