This one-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor, is well equipped for a comfortable stay for up to six adults. Upon entering the accommodation, there is a living room with a spacious dining area and a kitchenette intended for preparing coffee or enjoying dessert after lunch. Next to the kitchenette there is one bedroom, and further on there is a connected space with another living room, where a sleeping area is separated by a curtain partition, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for preparing daily meals. This section also includes a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two people and an additional double bed in the separated sleeping area.

A baby cot is included in the price and is available upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

The accommodation unit has two air conditioners and wireless Wi-Fi connection. The property includes one large television in the living room, as well as a smaller television in the second living room. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer and a space for preparing refreshments and coffee, while the second kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary elements for meal preparation, including a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large oven, four ceramic cooktop burners, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. A hair dryer is also available in the accommodation, as well as a laundry service for an additional fee.

The property features a beautifully arranged and fenced courtyard that ensures complete peace and privacy. Natural shade provides a pleasant stay during warm summer days, along with two comfortable sun loungers. The courtyard also includes two seating sets. Smoking inside the building is not permitted. Additionally, washing cars in the yard or charging them is not allowed.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided every five days.

A parking space is available for guests.

A deposit is paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation and is fully refunded upon departure after inspection of the property, provided that no damage has been caused and no items are missing.

Thanks to its excellent location, Ormilia is a great base for exploring Halkidiki. Larger towns such as Nikiti and Nea Moudania are nearby, while Thessaloniki is 92 km away and offers a wide range of attractions and amenities. Thessaloniki International Airport is located 79 km away. Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 90 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
