Gajic Apartment, located just 120 m from the beach in the peaceful village of Vourvourou, is ideal for a family-friendly and relaxing holiday. A spacious garden with greenery and a children’s playground allows guests to enjoy the outdoors, while the crystal-clear sea and sandy coves of Vourvourou provide the perfect setting for rest and relaxation. This charming destination is known for its unspoiled nature, mild Mediterranean climate and laid-back lifestyle, with local taverns, cafés, and shops all within easy reach.

The two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the property and can accommodate up to seven guests. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedrooms feature double beds, while the living room includes a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests of all ages.

A baby cot is also available in the apartment and is included in the price.

Guests have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave, allowing guests to prepare meals as desired. Additionally, a washing machine and a hairdryer are provided.

The apartment features a large balcony furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh evening air. The property also offers a spacious, well-maintained, and fenced garden, which includes a gazebo, an outdoor shower, and, most importantly for children, a playground. A shared barbecue area is also available. This space provides the perfect combination of fun, relaxation, and safety for all guests.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels provided.

Only small pets are allowed at this property at no extra charge, upon prior request.

Private parking is available for guests, with one parking space provided directly below the building.

Vourvourou is a peaceful resort on Sithonia, known for its crystal-clear waters, lush greenery, and numerous hidden coves that offer a sense of privacy and complete relaxation. Nearby destinations include Ormos Panagias 10 km, Nikiti 16 km and Sarti 30 km, making it easy to explore this part of Halkidiki. Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
