Siviri Sea View Villa is located about 700 meters from the center of Siviri and 140 meters from the beach, offering guests a combination of proximity to the sea and a pleasant holiday environment. From the maisonette’s balconies, there is a panoramic view of the sea, adding to the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere during the stay. Within the complex, of which the villa is a part, guests also have access to a shared swimming pool with sunbeds, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment outdoors on warm summer days. Thanks to its good location and amenities, the accommodation is an excellent choice for a holiday in one of Kassandra’s popular resorts.
The apartment is organized as a three-level maisonette and is intended for up to eight adults. The semi-basement includes a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a living room connected to the kitchen, serving as the central space for shared activities. The second floor has two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The semi-basement bedroom, as well as one bedroom on the second floor, are equipped with double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa that can accommodate two people. This layout allows for a comfortable stay for a larger group, with clearly defined areas and sufficient privacy on each level.
The interior is equipped with modern appliances that ensure a functional and pleasant stay. Temperature in all rooms is regulated by four air conditioners, while guests also have access to free WiFi, smart TVs, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, which is especially practical for longer stays. The kitchen is designed for independent meal preparation and includes a stove with four burners and a large oven, as well as an air fryer for healthier cooking. There is also a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave, making it easier to store food, maintain dish hygiene, and heat meals. Additional convenience is provided by small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, allowing guests to quickly prepare hot drinks and breakfast.
The outdoor area includes two balconies furnished with seating, offering panoramic sea views. Guests also have access to a shared pool with sunbeds for rest and sunbathing, and the yard features a private barbecue for outdoor cooking. Right next to the accommodation, there is a public children’s playground, making the stay suitable for families with children.

During their stay, guests maintain the apartment’s cleanliness themselves and organize daily activities according to their needs. Final cleaning is mandatory and charged separately, ensuring proper preparation of the apartment for future guests.

Siviri is a quieter seaside town on the western coast of Kassandra, known for its relaxed atmosphere and long sandy beach with clean, shallow waters, making it a favorite for families with children and visitors who prefer a holiday without crowds. Along the coast stretches a promenade with taverns, restaurants, cafés, and beach bars, while sunsets with views toward Mount Olympus are one of the resort’s highlights. Although it retains a calmer character, the town has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and small shops. Siviri is also recognized for the Kassandra amphitheater, where concerts and cultural events are held during the famous Kassandra Festival. Surrounded by pine forests and olive groves, the area offers a pleasant Mediterranean setting, while good connections with other towns on Kassandra make it easy to explore nearby beaches and resorts. Due to the natural environment and proximity to a small watercourse, mosquitoes may be more present at certain times. The accommodation is about 83 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.
