Set in a quieter environment, with views of the pool, landscaped yard, surroundings, and, from some parts, the sea, this property with four spacious maisonettes can be a good choice for families and larger groups of guests who prefer more space, privacy, and comfort during their holiday. Thanks to the layout and size of the units, it offers conditions that differ from typical apartment accommodation.
The property offers four maisonettes, two smaller and two larger, so guests can choose according to the number of people and their needs.
Two maisonettes of smaller capacity are intended for a maximum of six adults. They are spread over three levels, which allows for a clear separation of common and sleeping areas. On the lower level, in the semi-basement, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the middle level, located on the first floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a dining area, as well as a bathroom. The upper level, on the second floor, includes another bedroom and an additional toilet. Two bedrooms have French beds, while the third is equipped with two beds for one person.
Special mention should be made of one of the smaller maisonettes, which is suitable for guests with reduced mobility and people with visual impairments. The living room is arranged in such a way that it allows easier movement, while the bathroom is barrier-free and adapted for the use of wheelchairs. Braille signs are available to guests, as well as informational material in Braille.
Two maisonettes with a larger capacity are intended for larger families or groups of guests, as they can host a maximum of eight adults. These units are spread over three levels, but have a total of four bedrooms and a larger number of beds. On the lower level, in the semi-basement, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The central level, located on the first floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a toilet. Unlike the smaller maisonettes, the upper level on the second floor includes two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the remaining two have two beds for one person.
Families traveling with a baby benefit from the availability of a crib, provided on request and free of charge. This convenience is especially practical for longer holidays and trips with more luggage, as parents do not need to bring extra equipment, while the youngest guests have their own sleeping space. The interior of all maisonettes is decorated in a contemporary and calm style, with carefully selected details that give the space a feeling of warmth and a higher level of comfort. Solid wood furniture, natural tones, and thoughtful lighting contribute to a pleasant atmosphere, while a well-organized layout and rich equipment further round off the impression of a carefully arranged holiday accommodation. All maisonettes have air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans, which provide guests with additional comfort during warmer days. WiFi internet, Smart TV in the living room, washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer are available. The kitchen is equipped to allow the preparation of more complete meals, not just basic or quick meals. Guests have at their disposal a glass-ceramic plate with four heating surfaces, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
The outdoor area is designed as a peaceful space for spending time outside. Each maisonette has several balconies, expanding the living space and, depending on the unit’s position, offering views of the pool, yard, and surroundings, with partial sea views from some areas. The main part of the yard is the shared pool, surrounded by a maintained lawn and sunbeds. Next to the pool is a covered seating area, suitable for resting in the shade, while an outdoor shower is also available, particularly practical after swimming or returning from the beach. The fenced yard, green areas, shade, and carefully designed ambiance give this part of the property the impression of a small oasis for relaxation.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the maisonettes is organized every four days, when the units are cleaned, and bed linen and towels are replaced, ensuring tidiness and a more pleasant stay, especially for longer reservations. Additional cleaning and extra sets of bed linen and towels are not provided.
The property offers eight private parking spaces for guests. This is especially practical since the property is located in a quieter area outside the center of Nea Peramos, making a car the most convenient way to reach the beach, town, and nearby facilities.
Nea Peramos is a coastal town west of Kavala, which has grown into one of the most popular resorts in northern Greece. The modern settlement developed after Greek families from Asia Minor settled there in the early 20th century, and thanks to its favorable coastal location and proximity to Kavala, it gradually became an important tourist center in the region. Its popularity is based not only on tourist offerings but also on the blend of seaside lifestyle, urban atmosphere, and proximity to Ammolofoi Beach, one of the most famous beaches in northern Greece. Along the coast stretches a promenade with numerous taverns, restaurants, and cafés, while the harbor and fishing boats still reflect the town’s strong connection to the sea. During summer, the streets are filled with visitors, but Nea Peramos retains the character of a town that lives year‑round, with everyday life naturally intertwined with the tourist season. The proximity of Kavala further expands opportunities for excursions, sightseeing, and exploring this part of Greece, while the organized beaches, developed tourist offerings, and pleasant atmosphere make Nea Peramos one of the more popular destinations in the Kavala area. The accommodation is about 63 kilometers from Kavala International Airport.
