Accommodation description

North Point Houses, Milos (Windmill), Ormos (Bay) and Faros (Lighthouse) are located on the northern tip of the Ionian island of Kefalonia. They are situated in an unrivalled position overlooking, and a short walk from the picturesque bay and village of Fiskardo, with a wealth of restaurants, bars and shops.

North Point Houses consist of three separate double-storey dwellings, each with their own swimming pool and loungers, set within beautiful, landscaped gardens. The houses and their pools are placed within the gardens in order to maximize privacy for our guests.

Each house consists of two large bedrooms on the lower level, both with king-size beds and beautifully appointed marble-clad en-suite bathrooms. On the upper level there is a lovely sized living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an eating area and a guest WC with laundry facilities. The living room leads onto a spacious balcony with seating and a dining table for outdoor eating.

The houses sleep four people each on the lower level (plus one at the sofa in the living room)

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
