Ledore Olympus Seaside Villas are located in a quiet complex, outside the resort of Olympic Beach, about 1.6 km from the resort center and about 500 m from the beach. This location suits guests who want more peace and privacy during their vacation, but also the ability to reach the coast and the resort’s facilities in a few minutes’ drive. The accommodation is particularly suitable for families and groups who want a more comfortable stay by the pool, a well-maintained outdoor area and a relaxed atmosphere outside the busiest part of the resort, while the proximity of Paralia and Katerinis further facilitates the organization of walks, trips to restaurants and short tours of the area.

The offer includes two apartments with identical layouts, each a two-level maisonette, intended for a maximum of five adults. The lower level is located on the ground floor. It includes a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, so this part is intended for everyday living, meal preparation, and relaxation. The upper level is located in the attic and is arranged as an open gallery, which provides guests with additional sleeping space and contributes to a more functional organization of the apartment. There is a double bed in the bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living room, and two single beds on the gallery. This arrangement is particularly suitable for families or smaller groups who value a clear division of space and enough space for a more comfortable summer stay.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no additional charge, which makes it easier for families with a baby to organize their stay and reduces the need for additional luggage. Due to the layout and dimensions of the rooms, it is not practical to place the cot in the bedroom, but rather in a part of the apartment where it can be more functionally integrated into the space and more easily accessible during the stay.

Both apartments are identically equipped and adapted to a more comfortable summer stay, as well as practical use during vacation. Air conditioners are located in the living room and on the gallery, which contributes to a more pleasant temperature in the main parts of the space, while guests have access to WiFi internet, a safe, a Smart TV in the living room, as well as an additional TV in the bedroom and on the gallery. For longer and more independent stays, a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board and a hairdryer are particularly practical. The kitchen area is equipped for preparing simple meals and drinks, and guests have access to an induction hob, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine.

The outdoor area is one of the most important assets of this accommodation, primarily because of the swimming pool, which offers guests an additional opportunity for refreshment, rest and enjoyment during summer days. There are sun loungers next to the pool, so this area is particularly suitable for relaxing between trips to the beach or for quieter moments within the accommodation. Each apartment also has a private veranda equipped with seating, which provides a pleasant space for meals, coffee or outdoor living. The yard is landscaped, with a well-maintained lawn and greenery that partially separates it from the surroundings, while the view is directed towards the pool and the surroundings.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The accommodation is maintained every three days, when the apartments are cleaned, and the bed linen and towels are changed. This maintenance schedule contributes to a tidier and more pleasant stay, especially for guests planning a longer holiday.

One parking space is provided for each apartment, while additional parking is possible in front of the accommodation, depending on current availability. Olympic Beach is a quiet and flat coastal resort in the Pieria region, suitable for families, couples and guests who want a more relaxed holiday with a long sandy beach and easily accessible facilities. The beach is spacious, with a gradual entry into the water, so it is also suitable for families with children, while the town has restaurants, cafes, shops and a promenade for leisurely evening walks. Due to the proximity of Paralia, Katerinis and Olympus, Olympic Beach is also practical for guests who want to combine swimming and relaxing by the sea during their holiday with sightseeing, going to a larger town or taking shorter excursions. This destination is particularly suitable for guests who enjoy a simple summer rhythm, good connectivity and a quieter atmosphere compared to larger and busier resorts. The accommodation is about 100 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
