Hacienda Beachfront Villa is a spacious maisonette, decorated in the spirit of old Greek tradition, so as to provide the greatest possible experience to anyone who wants to feel the atmosphere of authentic Mediterranean life of the last century, while at the same time staying on a property with a spacious, well-kept yard that leads directly to one of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia. Located in the middle of the green oasis of Spathies, conveniently positioned only 60 m from the beach and 8 km from Nikiti, the first major resort in its vicinity, it provides its guests with plenty of privacy and comfort.

The building consists of two apartments, decorated in a characteristic way. Both apartments are intended for a maximum of eight adults. The first apartment, called Modern Elegance, whose name reflects its slightly more modern style of decoration, is spread over two levels - the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor of this apartment there are two bedrooms, an open gallery with a sleeping area and an additional bathroom. The second suite, named Traditional Greek Charm in accordance with its deeply more traditional decor, also spans ground and first floor levels and features a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom at ground level, while the first floor features three bedrooms and an additional bathroom. In the Modern Elegance apartment, one bedroom is equipped with two joined beds for one person, while the other two bedrooms, as well as the authentic open space on the first floor, are equipped with two single beds each. On the other hand, in the Traditional Greek Charm apartment, one of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and the remaining two bedrooms each contain two single beds.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time booking.

Both accommodation units are fully air-conditioned, with air conditioners positioned in the living rooms, all bedrooms, and in the case of the Modern Elegance apartment, also in the open gallery. Also, both apartments are equipped with wireless internet connection, as well as a TV. This kind of equipment of the apartments promises that the guests will have a unique opportunity to enjoy the traditional style, while at the same time they will not be deprived of the conveniences offered by the modernity of the twenty-first century. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary elements, and they feature a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four hotplates, as well as a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Guests of both apartments at their disposal also have a dishwasher, a washing machine and a hair dryer, which further adds to the comfort of their stay.

In addition to the landscaped, grassy yard that reaches all the way to the entrance to the beach itself, guests can use a total of three balconies to enjoy the open space, one of which belongs to each apartment exclusively, and one is a common balcony that allows easy movement between the apartments. Guests can enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the spacious porch, equipped with seating furniture.

An additional advantage is the fact that you can take your pets on vacation in this facility, without additional fees and costs, and only with a prior notice at the time of booking.

Cleaning and linen and towel change services are not provided, but there is the possibility of providing these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.

Six private parking spaces are also available to the guests of the facility, which ensures a peaceful stay for those who like to go on vacation in their own four-wheelers.

Hacienda Beachfront Villa is an ideal place for all those who understand vacation as a time reserved for themselves and enjoying nature, far from the city crowds. It is also the perfect choice if, in addition to all of that, you also want to experience a life immersed in Greek tradition, rather than just observing its fragments in museums. In case the guests longe for exploring beyond Spathies, it is important to note that the distance from other popular resorts in Sithonia is 13 km away from Neos Marmaras and 20 km from Vourvourou. The nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 97 km away.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
