Hotel Description

Lili 1 Apartment is located in a quiet part of Limenas, a ten-minute walk from the pedestrian zone. The nearest beach is 900m away, while shops, bakeries, and restaurants are about 300m away.

The apartment (50m2) consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. The maximum capacity is for two adults with two children. It is located on the high ground floor.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, two hot plates, and a kettle. Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, an iron, mosquito nets, and a baby cot (available upon request).

Parking space and an electric car charger are available for an extra charge. The yard is furnished with seating sets.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done once a week.

If you are looking for accommodation close to the city center, consider Lili 1 Apartment. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
