Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 25 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Archontiko is a traditional hotel on the island of Ammouliani. They offer 15 nicely decorated and clean rooms for 2-4 persons, on a bed and breakfast basis. One of the most popular beaches, Alikes, is about 1,5km away. Small pets are also welcome, with prior agreement.
The center and sandy beach are 200-250m away, while a bakery and restaurant are at 20m.
The hotel is located on a gentle hill.
The rooms are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet access, mosquito nets, small refrigerator, safe box, hairdryer and a terrace with tumble dryer. Some rooms consist of one area (20m2) and some consist of two (suite, just over 20m2). Several rooms have a sea view.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every 2-3 days while cleaning performed daily.
The accommodation is also suitable for people with disabilities. There are an elevator and a ramp.
There's no private parking, so guests can park close by.
