Accommodation description

San Giorgio Apartments is accommodation with three new duplex apartments for a maximum of six people each. The apartments are clean and comfortable, have large terraces and are suitable for guests who want peace and privacy.

The nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurant are 150m away. Beach is about 600m away.

There are three apartments (80m2), on the first floor, and they have one double or two single beds in the bedrooms, and one sofa and a folding armchair each in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen. They are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, shower cabin in the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and a mini-stove with an oven, and a cot is available free of charge on request. Laundry service is available for an additional fee.

Cleaning and the change of bed linen and towels are carried out every 4 days.

The yard is small and enclosed.

Guests can park in front of the accommodation, along the street, and the owners will do their best to reserve a spot for them. A guaranteed parking space is not provided.

The apartment is spacious, and the best part is the terrace, which enjoys morning sun and then rests in the shade, so it can be used all day. There is only one wardrobe in the entire apartment. It has never been cleaned with any cleaning product. Everything seems clean, but it isn’t. It isn’t very close to the beach — about ten minutes away, and then another stretch to the beach spot you like. We went left toward the camp, where there are very few people. If you plan to walk to the beach with small children, I don’t recommend it. The surrounding beaches are much nicer than the city beach. Overall, the value for money of this accommodation is poor.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
