Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

With Garden Seafront House is located near Ierissos, the most popular tourist destination on Mount Athos, on the eastern coast of the third peninsula of Halkidiki, known for its very long sandy beach along the turquoise sea, just 100m away. It offers all the amenities necessary for a perfect and enjoyable family vacation.
The two-bedroom apartment, accessed on the first-floor level and structured as a maisonette on two levels, features a bathroom and two bedrooms on the lower level, in the basement. One of the bedrooms includes a children's room that is not separated by doors. On the upper level, equivalent to the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen. Each bedroom in this apartment, designed to accommodate up to five adults and two children, is furnished with a double bed, and one of them also has a single bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two people.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with the cooling unit located in the living room, provides guests with complimentary WiFi internet access, a TV, a fan, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
