Accommodation description

Makis Apartment is the perfect choice for a comfortable vacation, located just 800 meters from a beautiful beach with turquoise waters. This spacious and modern apartment offers all the necessary amenities ideal for relaxation.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and an electric kettle.

On the balcony, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as changing of bedding and towels, is done every four days.

There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Makis Apartment is 3.6km away from Kakoudia Beach, 6.3km from the popular small town of Nea Roda, and 102km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

The apartment is very spacious, with a truly large terrace. The kitchen is modernly equipped and we often used it for preparing food. The owners are helpful, always ready to assist. There is no parking, but there is enough space in front of the villa. The beach is a 3-minute drive by car or a 15-minute walk away. The problem was with the internet, there was almost none. After a few days they improved it a little, but if someone plans to work using that internet, it is impossible, you have to find another way. I also think there is some problem with the pipes, even when using the sink, water starts overflowing from the drain, so you need to be more careful when bathing. Regardless of that, it was truly a beautiful experience because the sea is fantastic, clean, and clear. Even after the storm there was no sea grass, as there was in the nearby places. In any case, very positive impressions.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
