The property features a total of eight accommodation units, situated on the semi-basement level, elevated ground floor, first floor, and attic. Each unit is named after one of the Aegean winds, reflecting the property’s carefully developed interior concept and distinctive design identity. The offer includes double and quadruple studios on a single level, as well as quadruple maisonette-style studios arranged over two levels. The double studio is designed with a practical layout that clearly separates the sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. The quadruple studios feature a living area with a kitchen, a sleeping area either on the same level as the living space or on an open gallery in the maisonette units, as well as a toilet and a bathroom. All accommodation units are equipped with one double bed and, depending on the capacity, an additional sofa bed suitable for two persons.

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request with prior notice at the time of booking. Their use is included in the accommodation price, providing additional convenience for families traveling with young children.

Each studio has been designed with a strong emphasis on comfort and equipment that meets the expectations of modern travelers. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, and a Smart TV ensure a pleasant and convenient stay. Additional amenities contributing to comfort and organization include a safety deposit box, available free of charge, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board, while a laundry service is available at an additional cost. The kitchen area is fully equipped for independent living and includes two ceramic cooktops. The double studio features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the quadruple units are equipped with full-size refrigerators with freezers. Every studio also includes an electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, ensuring maximum flexibility and convenience throughout the stay.

The outdoor area has been designed to complement the accommodation and provide comfortable spaces for relaxation throughout the day. Depending on the floor, each studio features either a private balcony or a private veranda furnished with outdoor seating. Guests also have access to a landscaped, fenced courtyard, particularly suitable for families with children, where they will find an outdoor shower and an additional seating area.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Accommodation units are cleaned daily throughout guests’ stay, with the exception of dishwashing, which is not included in the housekeeping service. Bed linen and towels are changed every two days.

Private parking is not available on the property. Guests may park their vehicles along the nearby public street, subject to availability.

Ierissos is a coastal town on the eastern side of Halkidiki, known for its long sandy beach with fine sand and clear, shallow waters, making it ideal for spending the entire day by the sea. Nearby beaches include Kakoudia 4 km, Komitsa 15 km, and Voulitsa 8 km, all offering a quieter atmosphere and a more natural setting than the central town beach. Within a short drive, guests can also visit Ouranoupoli 15 km and Nea Roda approximately 6 km, charming seaside villages with traditional tavernas and waterfront promenades. Besides swimming and sunbathing, this part of Halkidiki is ideal for coastal walks and relaxed day trips that enrich the summer holiday experience. Thessaloniki International Airport is located 102 km from the property.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
