Elaionas Apartments is located in Nea Rodha, on a 7-hectare property. Due to its large yard full of greenery, trees and flowers, it can be a good choice for families with children, and the friendly owners are always available to their guests to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
The nearest beach is 450m away, and the nearest supermarket and bakery are 280m away from the accommodation.
It has five apartments (50m2) on the first floor.
Apartment No. 1 has one single bed in the living room with kitchen, and two joined single beds in the bedroom. If necessary, the owners can add an extra bed to the living room. Apartments No. 2 and No. 5 are the same, in the living room with the kitchen they have one sofa for two people and one single bed, and in the bedroom there are two joined single beds. Apartments No. 3 and No. 4 are also the same, in the living room with the kitchen they have a sofa for two people, and in the bedroom there are two joined single beds. Owners can add extra beds to these apartments.
The kitchens in all apartments are equipped the same, they have a large fridge with freezer, a large stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, necessary dishes. The bathrooms are also the same, they have a shower tray with a curtain.
All apartments have balconies with a table and chairs, facing the street or the yard.
Apartments have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets.
Towels and bed linen are changed every four nights, and guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves. The owners also offer a laundry service once during the stay.
In the large, grassy, fenced yard, private parking and the summer house are available to guests.
The yard is full of various fruits and vegetables grown by the owners.

The courtyard is beautiful and the apartments are excellent; everything looks just like in the pictures, and even better in person.

This place serves as an ideal base if you plan to explore the beaches of Athos by car. The local beach, just a five-minute walk away, is fantastic for younger children due to its shallow waters.
