Where shall I begin! The apartment we stayed in was impeccably clean, wonderfully spacious, and truly delightful. The view from the balcony was stunning (I didn't mind not gazing at the sea at all). Everything was simply amazing. The puppy she owns is a friendly little fluffball, always eager to play. Her hospitality exceeded my expectations; she is a genuinely kind person. The interior of the house is adorned with handmade art, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The garden features wooden figures that produce a soothing sound when the wind blows. Although we stayed for only a short while, it enhanced our vacation beyond measure. To be honest, I have nothing negative to say about the owner or the apartments. Everything was perfect. 🐚

We are thrilled! The accommodation is excellent, comfortable, spacious, perfectly clean, and fully equipped for four people. The courtyard is phenomenal, adorned with olive trees and lush green grass, and in addition, there are roses, pots of basil, a few linden trees, and orlovi nokti, which emit a delightful fragrance beneath the window, not to mention what else... The apartments are located away from the center, which was wonderful for us, as we did not have to look at other terraces and foreign towels, and we were fortunate to have a flat with a view of the courtyard. Ms. Anastasija is a wonderful woman, attentive, calm, and extremely dedicated to her guests and their needs. Just as she has a wonderful relationship with people, she also has one with animals. As in Serbia, there is a significant problem with abandoned animals; there are too many on the streets, and Ms. Anastasija is a shining example of a woman with a big heart! All praises and support for this delightful, wonderful accommodation and its worldly people!

Undoubtedly the best apartment since we started vacationing in Greece. It is very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and the yard is like a dream! The owner is incredibly hospitable, exceptionally pleasant and kind, always smiling and at our service. We explored all of Sithonia, but we have never experienced such hospitality. They welcomed us with organic olive oil, homemade ouzo (Greek brandy), and fresh fruit... All praise for the hosts. If we return to Nea Roda, we would gladly choose this same accommodation again!

The accommodation is very clean and well-maintained. Spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, located in a quiet part of the village. It is distant from the beach, but thus is suitable for a true getaway. All praise goes to the hostess, who is very kind and hospitable. She welcomes guests with products from her garden and olive grove, and sends them off with a gift. When our child had a fever, she immediately called the village doctor, who opened his practice in the middle of the night just for us. Anastasija is there for everything you need. I highly recommend it!

Two days ago, we returned from this apartment. We had been to Greece before, but Anastasija truly won us over. She is such a wonderful person. She genuinely cares for her guests, sharing everything she had with us - vegetables, olive oil, cipuro, and we even received homemade tzatziki - I have never tasted better in my life. One day, I had a sore neck and couldn't go to the beach with my family; she was at our door with two creams within 10 minutes and saved me. There are no words to describe such hospitality. The apartment is spacious; there were four of us, and everything was very clean and tidy. The linens were changed, and we maintained our own hygiene; I have not a single complaint. And I usually have many. I returned with a full bag of clean towels. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and we will definitely see each other again ✨

The apartment we stayed in is quite spacious, featuring a long terrace that overlooks a garden filled with flowers and olive trees. What I liked most was that the house is so large that we neither heard nor saw the other "residents." It is located right at the entrance of Nea Roda. The distance from the house to the beach in Nea Roda is a mere 5-10 minutes on foot, and Ierissos is just a 5-minute drive away. Everything is conveniently close. Even the journey to Amoullani Island takes less than 30 minutes. The house is somewhat isolated, with no other buildings immediately nearby, ensuring a generally peaceful and quiet environment. The owner is very kind, speaks English, and is always nearby if anything is needed. She will inform you about places to visit, where the good beaches are, and similar recommendations. We were welcomed with a basket of fresh organic fruits and vegetables from their garden. Regarding hygiene, everything is clean, and I have nothing but praise. Additionally, a significant advantage is the covered parking, so you don't have to worry about where to leave your car.

You enter the yard by pressing a button to open the gate, and the yard is vast and impeccably maintained, adorned with olive trees, flowers, and fruits. Covered parking is provided for guests, and since the gate closes, it offers a high level of security. The apartments are spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The hostess, Anastasia, is incredibly kind and accommodating; she speaks English, making communication effortless. At our request, after spending one night in one apartment, she graciously moved us to another the following day because we preferred the view from the second one. It overlooks olive groves, while the previous one faced the street; otherwise, they are identical. As a welcome gesture, we received a basket of vegetables from her garden (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), along with olive oil and rakija produced by them. During our stay, she treated us to fresh figs and grapes that were simply delightful. In the evening, it is peaceful and perfect for enjoying the terrace and drifting off to sleep to the sound of crickets, while in the morning, you are awakened by the crowing of a rooster from a nearby household. An idyllic blend of rural charm and Mediterranean ambiance. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets, and there is a pest control device installed in the wall, so they have even considered that aspect. Overall, a high rating and a warm recommendation for this accommodation!

In all honesty, this place has surpassed our expectations! We are a family of four, consisting of two adults and two children, and our stay here has been as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Safety is assured, both for parking and the apartments. Everything is in impeccable condition, functional, and exceptionally clean. It is cozy and equipped with all the necessary technology and amenities for a relaxing stay. All the stunning beaches are merely 10 to 15 minutes away from the location itself, making it incredibly easy and accessible to explore and relish the various beauties of Chalkidiki and the sea. The landlady was incredibly kind and helpful in every situation. We were welcomed warmly and with a smile. She assisted us in carrying our belongings to the apartment and provided us with a key for automatic gate access whenever we wished to go out. Their olive oil and tsipouro are of the highest quality, sourced directly from their well-tended garden filled with various fruits and vegetables, which you can also stroll through or relax on the benches whenever you desire. Overall, our holiday here could not have gone better, and the excellent staff along with the condition of the apartments was ideal for a pleasant and satisfying stay for our family. We would definitely recommend it!

The accommodation is located right at the entrance to Nea Roda, on the right side of the road (when approaching from Ierissos). It is exceptionally clean and spacious. The parking area is situated in the garden and is very well secured, which is a significant advantage over competitors in Nea Roda, where guests typically park their vehicles on the street. The garden is beautiful, providing a lovely spot to sit and relax in the evening. The host, Anastasia, is incredibly friendly; we savored olive oil, cipuro, eggs, and vegetables from her garden, which she graciously gifted us (olive oil and cipuro can be purchased from her at reasonable prices). She is always ready to offer advice and is constantly available should you need anything, genuinely caring that you have an enjoyable stay as her guest. Although there are mosquitos, the host provided us with everything necessary to eliminate them from the room. We did not mind crossing the road to reach the city beach, as the quality of accommodation is, according to our criteria and needs, far superior to any offers we encountered below the road and closer to the beach. At night, the noise from the road is not overly intrusive, and you can further mitigate it by closing the door and using the air conditioner. Overall, we (as a family with small children) highly recommend the accommodation, the host, and the location of Nea Roda, which boasts several lovely sandy beaches that we enjoyed with our children.

The bathroom has a well-designed slope towards the drain, and there is no clogging in the shower cabin while washing hair, which was an issue in most previous apartments. The landlady, Anastasija, is extremely kind – if you need anything, just send her a message on Viber, and she will respond to your request immediately. There is also the option for laundry – we took advantage of this service once. All doors leading to the large terrace of the apartment are fitted with mosquito nets. From the terrace, there is a beautiful view of the estate with a lawn and olive trees that the landlady maintains impeccably. The parking area within the estate is covered, and special attention is paid to security. Upon arrival, we received a gift – small bottles of olive oil and homemade rakija (tsipouro). Later, Anastasija also brought us some vegetables from her garden. This accommodation deserves every praise and recommendation.

During this summer vacation, we chose to visit Nea Roda, situated on the third leg of the peninsula. We found accommodation at Villa Eleonas. Words cannot capture the beauty we experienced. The villa is enveloped by a stunning, expansive garden filled with olive trees, grapes, figs, plums, lemons... an abundance of fruits and vegetables. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything one might need for a stay, making it feel just like home. Most importantly, it was impeccably clean. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, thanks to the lovely owner, Anastasia. She had left us a delightful assortment of fruits, vegetables, ouzo, and olive oil in our room. Each day, she brought us fresh organic produce. She is incredibly positive and creative, and my family and I grew very fond of her. We will undoubtedly return to Villa Eleonas. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Eleonas for a wonderful vacation and enjoyment.
