Our description
Elaionas Apartments is located in Nea Rodha, on a 7-hectare property. Due to its large yard full of greenery, trees and flowers, it can be a good choice for families with children, and the friendly owners are always available to their guests to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
The nearest beach is 450m away, and the nearest supermarket and bakery are 280m away from the accommodation.
It has five apartments (50m2) on the first floor.
Apartment No. 1 has one single bed in the living room with kitchen, and two joined single beds in the bedroom. If necessary, the owners can add an extra bed to the living room.
Apartments No. 2 and No. 5 are the same, in the living room with the kitchen they have one sofa for two people and one single bed, and in the bedroom there are two joined single beds.
Apartments No. 3 and No. 4 are also the same, in the living room with the kitchen they have a sofa for two people, and in the bedroom there are two joined single beds. Owners can add extra beds to these apartments.
The kitchens in all apartments are equipped the same, they have a large fridge with freezer, a large stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, necessary dishes.
The bathrooms are also the same, they have a shower tray with a curtain.
All apartments have balconies with a table and chairs, facing the street or the yard.
Apartments have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets.
Towels and bed linen are changed every four nights, and the guests themselves are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation units.
In the large, grassy, fenced yard, private parking and the summer house are available to guests.
The yard is full of various fruits and vegetables grown by the owners.

Owners description
Eleonas is a green estate of seven hectares with olive trees.
It has five apartments of 50m2 (all on the 1st floor) that provide all the comfort for a family of four. Two of the five apartments have the possibility of accommodating additional people, with the addition of camping beds. All have a large living room, bedroom, large bathroom and a comfortable terrace.
They are equipped with TV, air conditioning, large refrigerator, electric stove, Wi-Fi signal, mosquito nets on all windows.
Eleonas is about 400m away from Nea Roda beach, and most of our guests usually go on foot.
We have free, secure parking on the property, with sun protection.
During our stay in Eleonas, we offer guests free organic fruits and vegetables from our garden.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Šta da napišem za ovaj raj,a da mi poverujete? Prelepo mesto za odmor,mir i tišina. Apartman 50m2 za nas troje,velika terasa,da ne navodim ono iz opisa,sve je tačno navedeno. Vlasnica Anastasija,je uvek tu sa pitanjem da li nešto treba,donosi nam voće i povrće sa njenog imanja, čistoća i kvalitet nameštaja na visokom nivou. Bili smo u Grčkoj više puta,ali ovaj smeštaj je daleko najbolji i preporučujemo ga svima. Maksimalna ocena . Ponovo pišem istu,zato što mi nije izašlo ime,a i uspeo sam da dodelim pravu ocenu,a to je 5 zvezdica.

Zaboravio sam da stavim ime na napisanoj recenziji,nisam toliko spretan u pisanju i neznam zašto je izašla ocena 4 zvezdice,kada ovaj objekat zaslužuje 5 i više. Kaže da se računa automatski na osnovu ocena ispod,a one su sve 5 zvezdica,samo je zbirna 4.Pokušao sam da promenim na 5 zvezdica,ali ne reaguje.

Prelepo mesto sa još ljubaznijom vlasnicom Anastasijom. Uvek spremna da izadje u susret sa osmehom na licu. Svakoga dana nam je donosila voće koje je pravi lek! Svaka preporuka za ovaj predivan i miran posed. Doći ćemo ponovo!

Apartman u kom smo odseli je prilicno prostran, sa dugackom terasom koja gleda na dvoriste puno cveca i maslinovog drveca. Najvise mi se svidelo sto je kuca toliko velika da ostale 'stanare' nismo ni culi a ni videli. Nalazi se na samom ulazu u Nea Rodu. Od same kuce do plaze u Nea Rodi ima 5-10 minuta hoda, a Ierissos je na 5 minuta voznje. Sve je blizu. Cak se i do Amoullani ostrva stize za nepunih 30 min. Kuca je malo izolovana, nema drugih objekata odmah pored, tako da je uglavnom mirno i tiho. Vlasnica je vrlo ljubazna, govori engleski i uvek je u blizini ako nesto zatreba. Reci ce vam sta da obidjete, gde su dobre plaze i slicno. Nas je docekala sa korpicom svezeg organskog voca i povrca iz njihove baste. Sto se tice higijene, sve je cisto, sve pohvale. Takodje veliki plus je parking koji je natkriven, tako da ne morate da razmisljate gde da ostavite auto.

Everything is even better than in the pictures. The house is in an excellent location, convenient for visiting all the beaches and surrounding places in Athos. You enter the yard by opening the gate with a button, and the yard is huge and perfectly maintained, full of olive trees, flowers, and fruit. Covered parking is secured for guests, and since the gate closes, it's very safe. The apartments are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The hostess, Anastasia, is extremely kind and accommodating, she speaks English, and it's easy to communicate with her. At our request, after spending one night in one apartment, she moved us to another the next day because we liked the view from the second one better. It overlooks olive groves, whereas the previous one faced the street; otherwise, they are exactly the same. As a welcome, we were provided with a basket of vegetables from her garden (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), as well as olive oil and rakija of their production. During our stay, she brought us fresh figs and grapes that were of perfect taste. In the evening, it's calm and great for enjoying the terrace and sleeping to the sound of crickets, and in the morning, you're awakened by the crowing of a rooster from a nearby household. An idyllic blend of rural and Mediterranean. All windows and doors have mosquito nets, and there's a raid device in the wall, so they've even thought about that issue. All in all, a high rating and a warm recommendation for this accommodation!
