San Giorgio Luxury 2 Studios is located on the Athos peninsula, in Nea Roda - a small place, great for a quiet holiday, with a beautiful promenade along the sea lined with restaurants and cafes with a fantastic view of the sea, perfect for enjoying food, drink and view. This accommodation is about 250m away from the beach in the town.
We offer two studios with a maximum capacity for two people, which are located on the ground floor and contain two joined or separate single beds.
On request and within the price, it is possible to get a baby cot.
The studios are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer (at the reception), mosquito nets, a kitchenette with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two glass-ceramic hotplates and a toaster. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin.
The balconies, which are equipped with seating sets, overlook the street.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of accommodation units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
