Luxurious house in a historical location in Halkidiki, with an amazing view to Ammouliani island and the blue waters of the Aegean sea. A unique combination of mountain and sea, a majestic and unspoiled area with amazing clear blue waters and long sandy beaches, is on the third and most charming peninsula of Halkidiki. The perfect set up for relaxed holidays under the greek sun.
Casa Al Mare is located in Tripiti, near the picturesque village of Ouranoupolis.
A luxurious villa which consists of four modern, fully equipped and spacious apartments:
Second floor apartment is almost 78m2 and has three bedrooms, with double beds, a bathroom and a WC, and a very big balcony. It can accommodate up to seven people.
On the first floor in the front, with sea view there is the apartment with two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the secondary two single beds. There is also one bathroom and a big balcony. It can accommodate up to six people, when people will use the foldable couch in the living room (1.40m x 2.00m)
The same apartment as on the first floor is located also in ground floor. It has direct view and access to the garden. It can accommodate up to six people.
The fourth apartment is located on the first floor facing the backyard, and has only one bedroom with a double bed, a big living room with a couch that becomes an double bed (1.40m x 2.00m), and a balcony facing the back yard, the olive grove and the barbeque area. It can accommodate up to four people.
Each one of the apartments has a cozy living room, warm decoration, a fully-functional kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with anatomic mattresses and private balconies overlooking the garden, the olive grove and the blue sea.
Casa Al Mare is surrounded by a big yard ideal for relaxation, for children to play or for having fun with friends in the barbeque area. There are two barbeque grills that can offer you unique summer nights over a glass of wine.
The location of Casa Al Mare is magical. The beach is only 30m away and the village of Ouranoupolis where you can find restaurants, markets and pharmacies is 7km away.
Casa Al Mare is easily accesible by air from the International Airport of Thessaloniki, after a 90 minute route through the idyllic forests of Halkidiki mountains.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Zanima nas najveci apartman sa 3 spavace sobe, za 2 porodice sa malom decom (ukupno 4 odraslih plus 3 ili 4 dece uzrasta od 4 do 7 god). Da li je plaza ispred privatna od smestaja i sa suncobranima/lezaljkama ili je potrebna doplata i/ili sopstvena organizacija istih? Hvala unapred
