Casa Al Mare Apartments is an accommodation that will exceed your expectations in every aspect. Setting high standards in equipment, functionality and aesthetics, this accommodation offers a plethora of additional conveniences starting from its excellent location next to the main road, right across from a private beach with provided sunbeds and umbrellas, a large yard with a remote-controlled gate and private parking, as well as amenities for children.
Located in Tripiti on the Athos peninsula, at 800m from the port where ferries depart to the island of Ammouliani and 7km from the town of Ouranoupoli. A beach bar is located at a distance of 180m and the nearest market is in Nea Roda, 3km away.
There are four apartments available, situated in the semi-basement, on the first and second floor.
The apartment 51m² in the basement overlooks the yard and is intended to accommodate up to six people. The living room with a kitchen features a sofa, one bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The apartment 50m² on the first floor at the front side offers an incredible sea view. It can accommodate up to six people. One bedroom has a double bed, the other one has two single beds and the living room has a sofa for two people (1.4x2m). The bathroom features a shower cabin.
The apartment 38m² on the first floor at the back side overlooks an olive grove and is suitable for four people. It includes a sofa for two in the living room and one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower.
The 78m² apartment on the second floor has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the living room has a sofa. The bathroom has a shower cabin and an additional toilet is available. The balcony offers an impressive view of the sea and the island of Ammouliani.
All apartments are air-conditioned and feature a smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, iron, hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, two ceramic hobs, a large oven, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. In the semi-basement, there is a shared washing machine. Upon request, a crib and a high chair are available for children. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay and cleaning service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee (the fee is negotiated with the owner on-site). Additional sets of towels and bed linen are available for guests to change as needed.
There are six parking spaces within the yard. The yard is spacious, fenced, with paved paths and landscaped lawns. At the back of the yard, there are two barbecues, an outdoor dining area and toys for children.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
