Owners description
Only a few meters away from the beautiful seafront, lays Vanessa’s Rooms and Apartments, located in Kanali, on the coast road from the city of Preveza to Parga, 25km away from the Aktion National Airport. The building was constructed with the high tech equipment of energy-saving, environmental protection and innovative software. We created a modern accommodation in Kanali of Preveza, with care for the environment and sensitivity for disabled persons, as we feature an apartment especially for them.
Vanessa’s Rooms and Apartments consists of seven fully equipped apartments, classy decorated and three rooms. Each room has a bathroom and a mini-bar, LCD TV 28", hairdryer, safe box, WiFi. Each apartment will provide high-quality services such as LCD TV 28", refrigerator, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, hairdryer, safe box, WiFi and customer elevator to all floors.
Our particular interest has been given to the manner of construction and insulation of the building, in order to create an energy upgraded building. Apart from the environmental factor, the particular cooling and heating system is healthier for all, especially for people with asthma and respiratory problems. Around the building is a beautiful garden with a safe playground for our little friends.
At last but not least, it would be mentioned that because of the natural beauty, the ancient monuments in this region, the easy access of visitors from our guesthouse to nearby beaches and the nearby destinations, makes our place a unique destination for all.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
REMARK
- Baby cot is free of charge and available upon request.
- Guests of this accommodation can pay for the meals in the Katerina Hotel Apartments, located nearby.
SUPPLEMENT
- Supplement for a fifth person and an extra bed in 4+1 apartments is 5e per night, except in the period 1/7-16/7 when it's 10e per night.
- Buffet breakfast is charged 6e for adults, i.e. 4e for children aged 2-11,99 years, per person per day.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Jako lep i cist smestaj! Za svaku pohvalu! Vlasnici ljubazni i usluzni! Nije na samoj plazi, ali je dovoljno blizu da se peske ide na plazu, koja je zadovoljavajuca. Ujedno je odlicna baza za obilazak ovog prelepog dela Grcke, od Parge pa sve do Lefkade, cak i Kefalonije! Nemam ni jednu zamerku!
