The hosts are kind, the accommodation is clean, and the linens and towels are changed every three days, or more frequently if needed. In the two-bedroom apartment, one room is smaller than desirable. It is a bit complicated to find, but the navigation does the job. The yard is spacious with plenty of parking space; unfortunately, there are no large trees, so there is no shade for sitting. The beach is about 350m away, and most of the way is through the forest in the shade, so it's not a problem. The beach is excellent, with sunbeds and plenty of space for personal belongings.

Personally, it did not bother us as we enjoy walking. The landlady, Federika, is an exceptionally kind and courteous woman who speaks English very well. I could write much more, but there is no need; all in all, it is an excellent accommodation in a peaceful location. I recommend it to anyone seeking peace and quiet.

There is peace and quiet in the surroundings, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Parking space is provided for everyone. The rooms are well-equipped. We have no complaints.

Parking is available in the fenced courtyard of the estate, which is a significant advantage. The apartment is easily reachable via navigation. Parga is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. If you choose to walk, prepare for crossing hills and many steps, but if you get tired halfway up, there are bars for a break with happy hour cocktails from 6 PM to 9 PM. If you are driving, be prepared for patience regarding parking, as Parga is crowded and parking is almost nonexistent; if you find a spot, the price ranges from 7 to 10 euros. At Valtos beach, parking is free, and sunbeds cost between 10 and 15 euros or are available in some cafes with a purchase. If you wish to go out and have fun, Parga is not the place for you; this is a peaceful, family-oriented destination for relaxation, sunbathing, and enjoying the beach. In conclusion, I highly recommend Perkemes apartments; we enjoyed every moment. P.S. The WiFi is decent, working excellently 95% of the time.

The apartment is situated in a tranquil part of Valtos beach, free from loud music from nearby cafés and noise. However, it is a bit farther from the beach. Relaxation, peace, and quiet, or noise and loud music – the choice is yours. A shortcut to the beach leads to what we believe is the most beautiful part of it. The cleanliness of the apartment is commendable; towels are changed every other day, and bed linens every third day. The apartments feature two terraces, one of which has a seating arrangement. They are well-equipped with a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, and the kitchen contains everything necessary. Mrs. Federike and her husband are very kind; you can reach out to them for anything you need or are curious about. The only suggestion is that the four-person apartments could be slightly larger, but considering the minimal time spent in the apartment, this is not an issue. The apartment's yard is filled with lemon, orange, and mandarin trees, well-lit, and the apartment has its own parking for guests. If we decide to visit Epirus in the near future, we will certainly choose the Perkemes apartments. ❤️

The evening strolls to Parga were delightful, although there is a bit of an uphill climb to the castle. We extend our highest praise and recommendations.

We traveled to Parga both on foot (which takes about 20 minutes) and by taxi boat from Valtos beach (10 euros for two adults and two children one way). The apartments are cleaned every day, and the hosts are phenomenal. When we decide to return to Parga, our choice will once again be the Perkemes apartments :)

We have just returned from Valtos and the Perkemes villa. The accommodation is truly worthy of recommendation. Spacious and comfortable apartments with two terraces. Cleaning and garbage disposal are done daily, towel changes every other day, and bed linen every third day. If you need anything in between, the landlady Frederika is available and you will receive assistance without any issues. She is very warm and kind, speaks excellent English, making communication easy. The villa's yard is large and beautifully landscaped, with ample parking space. The only thing missing is mosquito nets on the balcony doors; everything else about the villa is highly commendable. Valtos beach is a 5-minute walk through the woods. This is also the most beautiful part of the beach, with fine sand. The Kosta Azul bar comes highly recommended as well. Sun loungers are free with a drink order. They also offer decent food, allowing you to spend the entire day at the beach. The serving staff is very courteous. The approach to the apartments is through narrow and winding streets, but that is typical of Parga. The town is about 2 km away from the accommodation, so you need to drive. Given the poor traffic in Parga, the crowds are enormous, and finding a parking spot is difficult and costly, I advise driving down to Valtos beach and then heading to Parga via the fortress. It is a bit uphill, but it's not bad for maintaining fitness. The accommodation is highly recommended, as is Parga, to which we will certainly return.

This accommodation comes highly recommended... We stayed for 17 days in an apartment from July 29 to August 14. Frederika and her daughter regularly clean the rooms, changing the bed linen and towels every day. The hygiene is truly at an impressive level. The rooms are excellent. It is not mentioned in the description that the apartments have a safe, which is also very significant. Valtos beach is stunning, and it takes just a 5-minute walk through a small forest to reach it from the accommodation. Ammos beach bar and the Tango blue flag, clear water, soft sand... other parts of the beach do not match this standard. Parga is beautiful, truly a perfect choice for a summer vacation. As for complaints, my only issue with the accommodation is the lack of mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors, as the mosquitoes literally wreak havoc all night long. This means you must either spray with Autan or keep the doors closed so the air conditioning can run all night. The complaints about Parga usually involve the traffic through and around Parga, the difficulty of parking, and the prices in restaurants, which are generally higher than those in most restaurants on the Ionian and Aegean islands we visited (we visited them all, and the prices are literally on par with Rhodes in better taverns). But I repeat, the apartments are highly recommended, and Parga, especially the Valtos beach area, is a place that impressed us and to which we will return someday.

The only drawback was the distance to the beach, as we traveled with three small children, and the first weekend there was quite a crowd, so when we drove down, we couldn't find parking. Starting from Monday, we used the car to visit other beaches, which no longer posed a problem for us.
