The center of Sivota is about 500m away, the port around 800m, and the nearest beach is about 1km from the property.

There are six five-bed maisonettes (38m²) available, ideal for families with children. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa for two, a fully equipped kitchen (with a stove with two burners and a small oven) and a bathroom with a shower cabin enclosed by glass on one side. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, separated by doors, air conditioning, a bathroom, and a terrace.

In addition, the property also has four triple studios, which include one double and one single bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and air conditioning. Two double studios also have one double bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
