Our description
Sivota Beach Bungalow is a beachfront accommodation in a beautiful backyard (1,5ha), with direct, private access to the beach in front. It can accommodate two persons who want privacy on vacation.
The center is 400m away, Galikos Molos beach is at 150m and the Sivota Port is 100m away.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are at 250m
The bungalow accommodates up to two people. The bedroom has two single beds, while the living room has a dining room with a dining table and a gallery up the stairs. There's a fully equipped kitchen between the living room and the bedroom.
There's no WiFi internet nor air conditioning in this accommodation, but there is a plasma TV.
Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days.
There's no private parking yet it's possible to park right next to the house, on the street or in the driveway.
Sivota Beach Bungalow is a good accommodation in a great location, close to the promenade, marina and the great Galikos Molos beach. It's ideal for couples and young people.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
REMARK
- Deposit is payable only via Western Union money transfer.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
