Owners description
Sivota Homes Green is a small complex with apartments and studios for 2-5 people.
It’s located in a quiet part of Sivota, 700m from Zavia beach and 1km from Gallikos Molos beach, near the center, just 100m from the supermarket. The port is 300m away, with many restaurants and cafes and from there you can take daily boat trips to nearby beaches and islands such as Corfu, Paxos and Antipaxos.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, landscaped yard with garden furniture, barbecue and private parking.
Cleaning is performed on a daily basis.
Pets are welcome.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
