Hotel Description
Sivota Homes Family Apartments are located in the village of Sivota, in the Epirus region. The property is situated in a peaceful part of the village, approximately 850m from Zavia beach and close to the town center. Guests have access to private parking, a landscaped courtyard, and a communal barbecue.
Despite being located near the center, the accommodation is isolated from noise, with shops and bakeries just 100m away.
The property offers apartments ranging from 35–45 m², suitable for three to five people, located on the high ground floor and first floor. Each unit has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as one to three single beds in the kitchen area.
All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, induction hob with two burners, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster). The bathroom features a shower cabin with a curtain.
Apartment cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Pets are allowed with prior agreement.

The studies and apartments are spacious and well-equipped. The hosts are courteous. Hygiene is maintained at a high standard. They are close to all amenities.
