Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Villa Sissy Studios & Apartments is located in the small and picturesque town of Sivota, on the Ionian coast, in the Epirus region, just 350 meters from Megali Ammos Beach and approximately three kilometers from the central square and port.
This accommodation has a unique structure due to its cascading construction and consists of four studios and three apartments that can accommodate between three and five people.
Studio No. 3 is located on the ground floor and is designed to accommodate four people, contains a double bed and two single beds. It is possible to accommodate a fifth person by adding an extra bed. It has a view of the courtyard.
Apartment No. 4 is located on the first floor and is designed to accommodate four people. In the room with the kitchen there are two single beds, while in the bedroom there is a double bed. It is possible to accommodate a fifth person by adding an extra bed. It has a view of the courtyard.
Apartment No. 5 is located on the first floor, has a sea view and is designed to accommodate two adults and two children, since it contains a double bed and bunk beds. It is possible to accommodate a fifth person by adding an extra bed.
Studio No. 6 is located on the first floor, has a view of the courtyard and contains a double bed and one single bed, so its maximum capacity is three people.
Apartment No. 7 is located on the first floor, has a view of the courtyard and contains a double bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen area there are two single beds. It can accommodate a fifth person by adding an extra bed.
Studios no. 8 and no. 9 are located in the attic and have a sea view, contain one double bed and two single beds.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, and a kitchen with either a large refrigerator with a freezer or a small fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as a stove with a small oven and two burners.
A baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee.
Guests can spend time on the balcony or veranda, depending on the floor of their accommodation unit, furnished with seating arrangements and offering views of the courtyard, mountains, or sea.
The enclosed and beautifully landscaped courtyard, full of greenery and colorful flowers, offers guests the opportunity to enjoy barbecues with family and friends.
Pets are allowed upon agreement with the owners.
Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the changing of towels and bed linens, is done twice a week.
A free parking area for guests is provided right next to the main entrance.
Villa Sissy Studios & Apartments is located 93 kilometers from Aktion Airport in Preveza, while the popular resort town of Parga is 25 kilometers away.
