Villa Sissy Studios & Apartments is situated in a small and picturesque town on the Ionian coast - Sivota, in the region of Epirus, 350m from Mega Ammos beach and approximately 3km from the central square and port.
This accommodation, which has a specific structure due to the cascade construction, consists of five studios and two apartments that can accommodate three to five people.
Studio No. 3 (40m2), which is located on the ground floor and is intended for four people, contains French and two single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for the fifth person (child). It has a view of the courtyard.
Apartment No. 4 (35m2) is located on the first floor and is designed for four people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for the fifth person. There are two single beds in the room with the kitchen, while the bedroom has a double bed. It has a view of the courtyard.
Studio No. 5 (35m2) is located on the first floor and is designed for four people, since it contains a double bed and bunk beds. It has a view of the sea.
Studio No. 6 (25m2) is located on the first floor and contains a French and a single bed, so its maximum capacity is for three people. It has a view of the courtyard.
Apartments No. 7 (30m2) is located on the first floor and contains a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the kitchen area. There is the possibility of a fifth person staying in it with the addition of an extra bed. It has a view of the courtyard.
Studios No. 8 and No. 9 (40m2), which are located in the attic and have a view of the sea, contain a French bed and one single bed with a drawer bed, and there is enough space for an extra bed for the fifth person.
All accommodation units include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer or a small fridge with a freezing compartment, and a stove with a small oven and two burners.
Guests can enjoy their time, depending on the floor of the accommodation unit, on a balcony or veranda equipped with seating furniture, while enjoying the view of the yard, mountains, or sea.
In the enclosed and well-maintained garden, full of greenery and colorful flowers, guests can have a pleasant stay by preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owners.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done twice a week.
Free parking space for guests is provided right next to the main entrance.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
