Sivota Homes Amaya is located in the very heart of Sivota, near the port, offering units with a stunning sea view. The accommodation units are spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with wireless internet, private terraces, and secure parking.

The property is accessed via a rather steep incline/decline, with the nearest bakery and store about 250 meters away.

The property features a total of nine accommodation units, including five rooms, three apartments, and one studio. Rooms (20m²) can accommodate two to three people and are located on the ground floor, first, and second floor. Apartments (40m²) can host up to four people, while the studio (45m²) for five people is situated on the ground floor. All units have French and single beds.

Each accommodation unit has a terrace, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, and a private bathroom with a shower. Guests also have access to a refrigerator and a coffee machine.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels and linen are changed every three days.

The overall rating is indeed high, primarily thanks to the exceptional hygiene maintenance in the accommodation. Our compliments to the housekeeping service in the accommodation. Our biggest complaint, aside from the location, is the small and nonfunctional bathroom. All in all, the overall impression is still positive.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
