The property features a total of nine accommodation units, including five rooms, three apartments, and one studio. Rooms (20m²) can accommodate two to three people and are located on the ground floor, first, and second floor. Apartments (40m²) can host up to four people, while the studio (45m²) for five people is situated on the ground floor. All units have French and single beds.

Each accommodation unit has a terrace, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, and a private bathroom with a shower. Guests also have access to a refrigerator and a coffee machine.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels and linen are changed every three days.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
