Our description
Thea Sea Apartments is the accommodation in the third row to the beach, in a quiet part of Vrachos. The villa has been recently renovated and offers clean and comfortable accommodation units. Its name means "a sea view" because the view from the balcony is really fantastic. Parking for all guests is provided.
The nearest bakery is 50m away.
There are three apartments and one maisonette, all for maximum 5 people. Only maisonette is available for internet reservations for season 2022.
The apartments (45m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and one single and a sofa bed in the kitchen. All rooms in the apartment are air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. Amenities include a TV and a washing machine.
The maisonette (80m2) has two air-conditioned bedrooms with one double bed, a TV and a terrace overlooking the sea, i.e. two single beds, a TV and a terrace overlooking the road. The kitchen area is fitted with two sofa beds, another terrace overlooking the sea and a bathroom.
All accommodation units are neat, nicely equipped and comfortable, and the friendly owners also contribute to the complete atmosphere.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every three four days (the guests are changing them theirselves).
At the back of the building, there is parking spot for every client.
Thea Sea Apartments is an ideal choice for families with children, as well as for all looking for quality accommodation in a prime location, with enough privacy.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Thea Sea Apartments su ispunili naša očekivanja. Sve je kao i na slikama, čak i više od toga. Bili smo smešteni u mezoneti. Apartman je komforan sa velikim terasama sa pogledom na more. Plaža je peščana i odlična za malu decu. Gazdarica izuzetno ljubazna i pažljiva.

Jako neljubazna vlasnica, prevareni smo izvredjani i primorani da platimo stetu koju nismo pocinili, napustili apartman 4 dana ranije.
