Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Thea Sea Apartments is an accommodation located in the first row to the beach, entering Vrahos settlement. It offers clean and comfortable accommodation, with its name meaning "sea view" in translation because the view from the balcony is trully fantastic.
There are five four-bed apartments.
The apartments (40m2) are arranged on the ground floor, first and second floors. The bedrooms have a double bed, while the kitchen area has two single beds or a single bed and a pull-out bed.
The maisonettes (80m2) have an identical layout, including two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. Each unit has its bathroom.
In these maisonettes, every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable and carefree. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, allowing you to stay pleasant even during the hottest days. Fast Wi-Fi internet is available, and for moments of relaxation, there is a TV. For additional convenience, the maisonettes are also equipped with a hairdryer. The spacious kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals - a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a kettle, as well as a large fridge with freezer..
All accommodation units are tidy, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with the friendly owners adding to the overall ambiance.
Bedding and towels are changed every four-five days (guests are provided with them and change them on their own).
At the back of the property, there is a parking area provided only for the guests in maisonettes.

Lokacija vile Thea Sea u Vrachosu koja nam je data nije tacna, jer smo smesteni u drugoj zgradi koja je udaljena 70m od zgrade koja je prikazana na fotografijama. Na fotografijama je prikazan lep parking, a parking kod nase zgrade je uzasan, koga uopste nema ni na jednoj fotografiji, kao ni ove zgrade gde je nas apartman. Takodje, vlasnici ne dozvoljavaju da se preostali iznos uplati preko racuna vec samo u gotovini na licu mesta, jer nas verovatno prijavljuju onoliko dana koliko smo uplatili depozit, ali zato naplacuju taksu za celokupan broj dana koliko smo ovde, ali to je vec nasa greska, jer se nismo setili odmah da trazimo racun.
