Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

Description

Anemoni Rooms offers quality accommodation in an excellent location in Vrahos. It is only a few steps away from the beach, yet isolated from the main road. The friendly owners and the amenities provided will help you have a pleasant stay.

From the beach, as well as from all the facilities that the town of Vrahos offers, it is about 80 meters away.

Anemoni offers four accommodation units or four apartments, two of which are standard and two are duplex apartments (apartments with two bedrooms).

The duplex apartments are about 60m2 and can accommodate up to five people. One such apartment is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed, a TV, an A/C unit, and access to a large balcony. The bathroom has a shower cabin. An extra bed can be added in the living room in exceptional situations, for an additional charge.

The standard apartments range from 40 to 45m2. One is on the ground floor (number 2) and the other on the first floor (number 3). The bedrooms have a double bed, and also feature air conditioning and a TV. Apartment number 2 has a sofa bed in the living room (or dining room), while apartment number 3 also has a pull-out armchair for one person.

All units are modernly furnished, with a shower cabin, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens (oven, toaster, kettle, refrigerator...).

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Guests arrange cleaning with the owners upon arrival. Generally, cleaning is done once during the stay, but due to the situation with the coronavirus, the owners did not enter the rooms unless otherwise agreed with the guests.

The accommodation does not have a yard, and parking is only possible along the main road. There are 3 parking spots provided by the owners.

As you enter the town of Vrahos and drive along the coast, somewhere in the middle of the beach, you will see the Pepper cafe. The accommodation is located behind this cafe, and you can park your car along the main road.

A wonderful place if you seek a true vacation, where a view of the sea, a good book, and a Heineken are all you need. The accommodation is exceptional, and the hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. Linen and towel changes every fourth day, which is, I must admit, a rarity. The beach is quite decent, and the prices are fair. As far as I’m concerned, I have no complaints!

The only positive aspect is the beach itself, which boasts beautiful fine sand, and the water is quite clean, except when there are waves. The location of the apartment is also good. There are many negative aspects... I will begin: Prepare yourself, when you arrive with your own vehicle, that you may not find parking and that the space will be so narrow that you can barely squeeze through the yard. Caution is advised for those with larger cars. For me, the particularly negative point is that it states the apartment is 40-45 square meters, but believe me, I measured it, and it is no more than 28. I am referring to the 2+1 apartment on the first floor. There is a strange relationship between the landlord and the clients, cleanliness is mediocre, and the hot and cold water is difficult to regulate; sometimes it is warm, and sometimes it is not available. The terrace is so small that barely two people can sit on it. From Vrahos and Loutsa, do not expect cheap markets with a good selection; there are none. There are only two small places selling mixed goods, from tools and swimming equipment to food. You also have two bakeries, but with a poor selection. There is only one street you will walk down every day, and that is all there is. It is good for a static vacation, but on weekends, be prepared for huge crowds as many Greeks come then.

We vacationed from the 20th to the 31st. On the first floor, we rented a studio for 2+1 and an apartment with a separate bedroom. Both units were next to each other, and there were four children and three adults in our group. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a puddle of water around the refrigerator. The owner came later, leaving the refrigerator to defrost (I must mention that a small refrigerator is not suitable for such a large apartment). As soon as we dropped our bags, we had to scrub the floor, as well as the refrigerator, which was filthy inside! Furthermore, the kitchen was dirty, the coffee pot was full of scale, the cutlery, glasses, and cups were all dirty, and the bathroom was a separate story – the shower cabin had a thick layer of mold, which had clearly never been cleaned! The owner arrived late in the evening and only contacted us the next day. I showed her around the apartment, and she merely stated that our water was hard. We understood each other, but her English was poor. I showed her the cabinets in the kitchen, the dishes, all of which were stained with grease, and she immediately forgot the little English she spoke, pretending not to understand, even though she was looking at what I was showing her. I took her to the bathroom, and she said it wasn’t dirty, just that the silicone was moldy. Certainly, that is mold! That moldy silicone can be removed and replaced! I asked her about the glass in the shower cabin, and she said, "Ah, that’s scale, it’s because of the water." Well, there are products to remove both mold and scale, and regular vinegar would do a good job! She just waved her hand dismissively. Later, I showed her that none of the balcony doors could be closed, except in the smaller room, and she said, "Well, people broke them!" There was no hot water at all; she called her husband to fix it, and we got hot water, but the pressure was barely noticeable. If anyone in the house uses water, and there are three more apartments besides the two we rented, then the hot water stops, only cold water starts, then suddenly at some point hot water comes, which was very inconvenient for us adults to manage, and even more so for the children, I had to supervise them to prevent them from being scalded by sudden hot water while showering! I didn’t mention this last point to her, as she didn’t seem to care about the previous issues either. After a few days, the key stopped working; when inserted next to the door, it had no contact, there was no electricity. We took it to the owner’s husband, who taped the contact part with duct tape. Overall, there was no cooperation, a great lack of motivation, and indifference from the owner regarding this poor quality of service and accommodation. No one asked her for anything new, just to clean and ensure we stayed in a clean environment! She brought clean bedding after three days and told us to change it ourselves! The studio rental cost 90 euros per day, and the apartment rental was 130 euros per day! We paid far too much for undoubtedly the worst accommodation we have ever experienced, which left a very bitter impression, especially due to the owner’s behavior! We wish them nothing good, solely because of the owner’s demeanor!

The accommodation is beautiful and close to the beach. Unlike some previous places where the bed was uncomfortable, the French bed at Anemoni Rooms is exceptionally comfortable. Everything is clean, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities. The location is the best part since we were close to everything. The highlight is the hosts of the accommodation, who are extremely kind and with whom you can easily negotiate.

The location is excellent, situated in the heart of Vrahosa, with two markets very close by, as well as several excellent restaurants. The beach in front is superb, featuring a fantastic café. The accommodation itself is clean and comfortable, just as depicted.

Wonderful hosts! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea. In my opinion, it is located in the best spot in Vrahos, close to shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

An excellent accommodation, very spacious and clean apartments with a fully equipped kitchen (including a toaster). The location is superb, and parking is provided. The hosts are friendly, although there was a minor misunderstanding at the beginning due to a lack of comprehension.

Poštovani, potreban mi je smeštaj za dvoje odraslih i troje dece. Beba od godinu dana, i dvoje dece od 7 i 8 godina. Potrebna nam je terasa jer smo pušači. Da ima dve spavaće sobe a ukoliko je moguće 3 francuska ležaja ili 2 francuska i jedan singl. Zanima me takodje da li je moguće dobiti krevetac za bebu? Period koji me zanima je 01.07.2024 do 10.07.2024? Koja bi bila ukupna cena ukoliko imate slobodne te termine? Takodje me interesuje da li u blizini imaju prodavnice, apoteke i neki sadržaj za decu?
