Our description
Nitsa Studios is an accommodation in Vrachos, and it is located on the beach. It offers studios and apartments for a maximum of four people, also parking (limited number of places) and wireless internet are available to guests. This is one of the most sought-after objects from our offer, with a good price-quality ratio.
The nearest bakery and mini market are about 100m away.
It offers four apartments on the ground floor (30m2) with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area (the second single bed is placed under the first single bed, both are standard dimensions). It also offers four four-bed studios on the first floor (25-30m2) each with one double bed and two single beds (one is slightly larger and the other is standard).
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets (only in apartments, studios do not have mosquito nets), equipped kitchen (stove with two hotplates, large fridge with freezer, bathroom and balcony with a view of the sea.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fifth day of stay
Enter Vrahos from the direction of Parga and drive approximately 1500m until you come across this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
