Thea Sea Apartments is an accommodation located in the third row to the beach, in a peaceful part of the Vrahos settlement. It offers clean and comfortable accommodation, with its name meaning “sea view” in translation because the view from the balcony is truly fantastic.

The building is located on a slight uphill / downhill. The nearest bakery is 50m away.

There are two four-bed maisonettes.

The maisonettes (75m2) have two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds.

In these maisonettes, every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable and carefree. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, allowing you to stay pleasant even during the hottest days. Wi-Fi internet is available, and for moments of relaxation, there is a TV. For additional convenience, the maisonettes are also equipped with a hairdryer. The spacious kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals - a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a kettle, as well as a large fridge with freezer..

All accommodation units are tidy, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with the friendly owners adding to the overall ambiance.

Guests enter a clean unit, which must be left in the same condition upon departure. Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay (the owners give the guests a set, so they change it themselves). Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the unit during their stay.

At the back of the property, here is a parking space for each maisonette.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
