It is approximately 850m away from the sandy beach, accessible downhill.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate three adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two people and a separate area with a single bed.

The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a big refrigerator, and a coffee maker.

From the balcony, furnished with seating, there is a partial panoramic view of the sea.

Pets are not allowed.

Location is just a minute from the center—a comfortable, fully equipped apartment, clean and quiet, with a view of the sea and a couple of old houses. There is a bit of bustle around the parking, but a spot is always available. For the beach, a car is desirable.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
