Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Petra Afytos Holiday Apartment is located on the Kassandra Peninsula, in the charming and picturesque village of Afitos, radiating an authentic Mediterranean spirit. Situated in the heart of the village, this accommodation combines comfort and practicality, providing you with a relaxing stay in close proximity to all attractions. It is approximately 850m away from the sandy beach, accessible downhill.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate three adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two people and a separate area with a single bed.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a big refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
From the balcony, furnished with seating, there is a partial panoramic view of the sea.
Pets are not allowed. There is no private parking, but free parking can be found nearby the accommodation.
