Accommodation description

Vallis House is located in the beautiful, old part of Sarti, close to many amenities that this small place offers. Tucked in a small yard, with five accommodation units, it’s an ideal choice for couples who’d like to be alone and spend their vacation in a peaceful place, yet not far from all the amenities.

It’s about 200m away from the beach, about 150m from the main square and around 70m from the nearest shop and bakery.

Vallis House consists of two double (18m2) and four triple (22m2) studios located on the first and second floor, as well as one apartment (35m2) on the low ground floor.

Triple studios have one double and one single bed, while the double ones have one double bed. The apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed for two in the living room with a kitchen. Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, an equipped kitchen with fridge and small freezer compartment (only in the apartment there is a small oven), a shower with a curtain in the bathroom and a balcony with sitting set and drying rack. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.

Guests can use the built-inbarbecue in a very small courtyard. Private parking is not available, but there’s plenty of parking space in front and next to the accommodation.

The easiest way to reach this accommodation is to turn off the main road Sarti – Sykia in the third exit to the left, continue ahead for about 200m and you’ll see the house on your left.

Vallis House is an ideal accommodation for those who’d like to enjoy on a peaceful location, close to the beach and other facilities.

The accommodation is comfortable, pleasant, and exceptionally clean. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days. The location is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly. We felt right at home!

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
