One of the most popular accommodations for SartiVallis House is located in the beautiful, old part of Sarti, close to many amenities that this small place offers. Tucked in a small yard, with five accommodation units, it's an ideal choice for couples who'd like to be alone and spend their vacation in a peaceful place, yet not far from all the amenities.
It's about 200m away from the beach, about 150m from the main square and around 70m from the nearest shop and bakery.
Vallis House consists of two double (18m2) and four triple (22m2) studios located on the first and second floor, as well as one apartment (35m2) on the low ground floor.
Triple studios have one double and one single bed, while the double ones have one double bed. The apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed for two in the living room with a kitchen. Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, an equipped kitchen with fridge and small freezer compartment (only in the apartment there is a small oven), a shower with a curtain in the bathroom and a balcony with sitting set and drying rack. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.
Guests can use the built-inbarbecue in a very small courtyard. Private parking is not available, but there's plenty of parking space in front and next to the accommodation.
The easiest way to reach this accommodation is to turn off the main road Sarti – Sykia in the third exit to the left, continue ahead for about 200m and you'll see the house on your left.
Vallis House is an ideal accommodation for those who'd like to enjoy on a peaceful location, close to the beach and other facilities.

Owner description
We are a small family business operating from 2008 in Sarti, Sithonia, on the edge of the middle (second) and most graphical leg of Halkidiki peninsula.
In our facilities, you will find three fully-furnished studios and one apartment to accommodate you in a warm environment. So, make yourselves at home! Each studio consists of a unified room with modern furniture. There are two triple studios and one double studio, all are located on the first floor of the building. The apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed for two in the living room with a kitchen.
Our fully renovated accommodation units include a smart TV, A/C, free WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Also, there's parking on the back of the building. Moreover, on our house's shared facilities you can find large sofas that you can use any time of the day, as well as a built grill used for barbecues.
House Vallis is located on the second entrance to the village, approximately:
- 80m from the sea
- 60m from the main road
- 50m from the central square of Sarti
The studios are located in a quiet neighbourhood of the village and at the same time are very close to where the heart of the tourist core of Sarti beats.
Sarti has been for many years a popular destination for thousands of tourists all around the world. This is due to the hotness of the climate in Summer, as well as the crystal-clear water on the beach that award Sarti each year the Blue Flag notification, as well as the distinction of one of the 10 top beaches in Greece.
The long beach along with the blue-green sea make the coast of Sarti an excellent choice for swimming, sunbathing as well as for evening strolls with the view of Mount Athos. Furthermore, very beautiful beaches and landscapes near Sarti like Kavourotripes, Portokali beach, Platanitsi, Tourkolimionas, Kliataria and Kriaritsi beach, are few of the various alternatives that the eastern end of the peninsula has to offer.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobra pozicija mada malo bucna ako ste na spratu ka ulici orijentisani. U prizemlju odlican apartman mislim da je najbolja opcija (prvu noc prespavali tamo ) na spratu trokrevetni studio je bio sasvim ok izuzev interneta koji je slabiji (narocito kad je vise korisnika) Domacini ljubazni i uvek spremni da pomognu izuzetni ljudi.
