Five-Star Luxury Pool Villa is located 600m away from Elani Beach, on the west coast of the Kassandra Peninsula. It is about 2.5 km away from Siviri.
According to its structure, the Five-Star Luxury Pool Villa is a maisonette on two levels intended for a maximum of six adults. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. There is a double bed in one bedroom on the first floor, and two single beds joined together in the other. The bathroom on the ground floor and one bathroom on the first floor have a shower cabin. The bathroom of the bedroom with a French bed, which is located on the first floor, has a bathtub with massagers.
A baby cot is available on request and this service is included in the price.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation (the living room and bedrooms have indoor units), guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV in every room, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings. and a large oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and toaster. The changing room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with an ironing board and an iron.
Pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the garden, pool or sea, can be spent on the veranda or on one of the balconies, equipped with seating.
We thought of every detail and made an effort to bring you the best impressions, as well as for you to return to your daily duties rested. In the landscaped and maintained yard, you can cool off in the pool (water in the pool is checked 2 times a week), relax on the deckchairs by the pool, drink your favorite drinks on one of the seating sets in the yard, or enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends. If you are a tennis fan, there is a tennis court near the beach.
Cleaning of accommodation units and replacement of towels and bed linen during the stay is done every 7 days. On request, more often is possible, with an additional fee of 50 euros. For a stay of seven nights, there are no additional charges for cleaning. For stays longer than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 80 euros is required.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation yard.

- For reservations longer than 7 nights, a cleaning surcharge of 80 euros is mandatory.
- Guarantee deposit in the amount of one night's stay. The full amount will be refunded if there is no damage.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
