Our description
M.I.S Apartment is accommodation in a quiet location in the village of Skala Furka. It can host up to six people. The yard is landscaped and fenced, and a parking space is provided within the yard. This accommodation an ideal choice for a nice family vacation.
The nearest market is about 230m away, and the beach is 250m away.
The apartment is on the high ground floor, 8 steps above the ground. It has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other two single beds, while in the living room there is a pull-out sofa. The apartment has two balconies, one from the living room, which overlooks the courtyard, and one from the bedroom, which overlooks the neighboring building. The balcony in the yard is equipped with seating and has an awning.
The apartment is air-conditioned and has three air conditioners, internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, has the necessary dishes, a refrigerator, a plate with two hotplates, an electric kettle and a toaster, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every 5 days, and laundry service is charged additionally.
Pets are not allowed.
The guaranteed parking space is located right in front of the entrance to the apartment.
The owners live in the basement of the building and are available to guests.
If you like a small and quiet place, such as Furka, you will certainly not go wrong if you choose the comfortable apartment M.I.S.

Owners description
M.I.S Apartment is located 250m from the beach and 700m from the city center. M.I.S is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean courtyard full of trees and flowers.
It offers accommodation in a duplex apartment on the upper ground floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen (stove with two hot plates) with a large fridge, toaster, kettle and complete dishes, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, LCD Android TV and air conditioning in all rooms, which is included in the price. The apartment provides a pleasant stay for everyone who want accommodation outside the hustle and bustle of the resort.
Towels are provided.
The duplex apartment is located on the upper ground floor, has one double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed that can be opened.
The owners of the accommodation speak English and German.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Wir waren zu Dritt (zwei Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind) 10 Tage im Appartment und sehr zufrieden. Es ist modern eingerichtet und hat mit 2 Zimmern und 4 Betten genügend Platz für uns gehabt. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, wenn man zu Hause kochen möchte so wie wir. Das WLAN ist wie bereits gesagt auch super und das Appartment mit einem TV ausgestattet wo man sich mit seinem Netflix Account einloggen kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch trotz der zentralen Lage. In der Nähe hat es unzählige Restaurants, Cafes und verschiedene Supermärkte. Der Strand ist ebenfalls in weniger als 5 Minuten (zu Fuss) erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind so herzlich und freundlich. Wir durften alles fragen und haben so viele gute Tipps für das Auskundschaften der Umgebung bekommen. Insgesamt wirklich ein tolles Appartment wo die Preis-Leistung absolut stimmt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed in the apartment for 6 wonderful days. The hosts are exceptional, very kind and available for all information.Everything is clean and new, the apartment has three air conditioners, wifi is excellent, which is rare in Greece. This is the first time that the apartment looks better in person than in the picture , the complex in which it is located is very nicely decorated with lots of greenery and has a peaceful vibe. There is a beautiful beach as well as shops and restaurants, you can visit everything with a short walk, there is no need to use a car.All recommendations, we would like to come back sometimes.

Ein tolles und großes Apartment mit einem großen Balkon. Wir waren zu viert dort und Platz war mehr als genug. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und geben gute Tipps für die Umgebung und wo die schönsten Strände gibt. Das Apartment ist auch strandnah und auch die Einkaufsmeile ist nur 2 min entfernt. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und auch wir werden wieder kommen. Danke an die Gastgeber für die tollen 10 Tage.

Idealna lokacija, na 3 minuta od plaže, domaćini su vrlo ljubazni i uvek na usluzi, sam apartman je idealno opremljen i nov i vrlo je uredan i čist, veliki prostor, sobe, kuhinja. Sve pohvale!
