M.I.S Apartment is accommodation in a quiet location in the village of Skala Furka. It can host up to six people. The yard is landscaped and fenced, and a parking space is provided within the yard. This accommodation an ideal choice for a nice family vacation.

The nearest market is about 230m away, and the beach is 250m away.

The apartment is on the high ground floor, 8 steps above the ground. It has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other two single beds, while in the living room there is a pull-out sofa. The apartment has two balconies, one from the living room, which overlooks the courtyard, and one from the bedroom, which overlooks the neighboring building. The balcony in the yard is equipped with seating and has an awning.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has three air conditioners, internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, has the necessary dishes, a refrigerator, a plate with two hotplates, an electric kettle and a toaster, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done in agreement with the guests., and laundry service is charged additionally.

Pets are not allowed.

The guaranteed parking space is located right in front of the entrance to the apartment.

The owners live in the basement of the building and are available to guests.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
