Description
Marias Villa is located in Skala Furka, 700m from the sandy beach and 1.7km from the town center. It is intended for lovers of peace and comfort. The beach near the accommodation has several beach bars.
The villa can host eight adults and one child. It is located in a complex of buildings that have a beautiful and well-kept yard.
On the ground floor (viewed from the entrance to the accommodation) there is a living room with sofas for one and two people, a kitchen and a toilet. On the second level there is a bathroom with a shower cabin and two bedrooms with a double bed, and one of them has a sleeping area on the open gallery with two beds for one person.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there are air conditioners in the living room and in the bedrooms), it has a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a large oven, a flat plate with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a mixer for nes coffee and dishwasher.
The terrace, which is accessed from the living room, is spacious and equipped with seating. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the town and the sea, so here you can enjoy your rest and the sunset.
A brick barbecue in the yard is available to guests.
A baby cot can be provided on request and this service does not incur an additional charge.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are possible for an additional fee. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for the end-of-stay cleaning service.
Parking is available for guests in front of the complex of buildings within which the villa is located.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
