Our description

Tasos Resort is located about halfway between Hanioti and Polychrono, on the beach road. There are four apartments for 4-9 people in a beautiful and enclosed courtyard full of palm trees, making this accommodation ideal for large families or big groups of friends. Guests can use ample private parking and the nearby beach is equipped with free parasols and deck chairs.

The center of Hanioti is approximately 1,8km away.

Apartment No. 1 is four steps below ground level and accommodates 5-6 people. It has one single bed in stone with a standard mattress and two double beds narrower than the standard in the bedroom, i.e. one sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen.

Apartment No. 2 is nine steps above ground level, located in the front of the house and has three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first one has two single beds and a baby cot, the second has two bunk beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a possibility of inserting an auxiliary bed, and guests have at their disposal two bathrooms (one has a bidet and an edged shower with a curtain). There are two large tables with chairs on the porch, as well as a barbecue.

Apartment No. 3 is located on the right side, six steps above ground level, it has no balcony, but a patio with table and chairs on the lateral side of the house, overlooking the yard and the sea. With two single beds in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with a kitchen, the accommodation capacity of this apartment is four people.

Apartment No. 4 is at the entrance, three steps above ground level. However, after you go through the hall (on the right is the door connecting it to apartment No. 3, and upon request, the owners can add an auxiliary bed in the hall) you descend two stairs towards rest of the rooms. This apartment has a view of the road and the courtyard. The first bedroom has three single beds, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is in the hallway, separated by a door, equipped with a large stove, fridge with freezer and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain in the same area as the toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and a fan. The apartment is spacious, the furniture is a bit older but nicely preserved, and baby cot is also available. There is a veranda with two large tables with chairs, in front of this apartment, for enjoyment in the shade.

All apartments have mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV and an equipped kitchen.

Bed linen and towels are replaced once a week, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene.

Owners description

Tasos Resort is a villa with four apartments to rent, within a four square kilometer estate with pines, palms and olives. It is ideally positioned in a serene location in-between two villages, those of Hanioti and Polichrono in Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki. Right in front of the villa, lies a white sand beach and deep blue sea. The view from the villa is the sea and all of Sithonia peninsula.

The apartments have one to three rooms and are all located in the ground floor. The estate has a garden, playground and outdoor shower. The outdoor premises are ideal for the recreation of the children in a safe environment. For that reason the apartments are mostly rent by families. In the garden, the tenants may use four stone made tables with umbrellas and drink their refreshments among flowers under palm trees sitting at a distance of 15 meters from the sea. In addition, each apartment has its own veranda/ balcony which the tenants may use. Finally, a separate parking space of 1200 square meters, free WiFi internet and a washing machine is available to the tenants.

The distance from the villages is one and a half kilometer, of flat road inhabited area, suitable for walking. Following your walk, or bicycle ride to the villages, one may find all kinds of shops like restaurants, taverns, super markets, cafeterias, bars, etc.

The apartments are fully equipped with air-conditioning at every room, satellite television, refrigerators, electric kitchen, hot water heater and microwave oven. The tenants bring and use their own cleaning and hygiene sets (cleaning consumables, soaps, shampoo, towels etc) and perform the day by day cleaning tasks. Two cloth washing machines are also available for use.

Apartment No. 1 - (50cm under the ground level): One room, salon-kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, television. Sea and garden view. Accommodates up to five persons. The apartment is four steps lower from the level of the ground (garden) and rooms are a little lower in height from the usual. It has one room where there is one double bed and a single one. In the living room-kitchen there is one couch which opens and can become a bed. In the same place there is space where we can put one more mattress, if we are asked to do so. All the rooms of this apartment have view in front to the garden and the sea.

Apartment No. 2: Three rooms, two bathrooms, salon, fully equipped kitchen, wide terrace with built barbecue, television. Sea and garden view. Accommodates up to nine persons. It has one big veranda. In the veranda there is a barbecue. The kitchen, the living room and the veranda have a front view to the garden and the sea. The apartment has three rooms. The first room has two beds with the possibility to add a third bed for a child. The second room has two beds. The third room has two beds for grown ups. In the living room there are two big couches which can open and become beds.

Apartment No. 3: One room, salon-kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, balcony and additional space in the side of the villa, television. Accommodates up to four persons. This apartment has one room with two beds, one living room-kitchen (joint) where there are also two beds available and one bathroom. These two spaces (room and living room-kitchen) have a view to the side of the building. The apartment has one balcony from where you can see the garden and the sea.

Apartment No. 4: Two rooms, a bathroom, hall, fully equipped kitchen, wide terrace at the side of the villa with sea and garden view, television. Accommodates up to six persons. It has two rooms. The one room has three beds and the other room has two beds. If necessary, we can put a sixth bed in the hall. It has a kitchen and a bathroom. The veranda of this apartment has two tables with big umbrellas, where you can sit and enjoy in the sea and garden view.
