The large Masoutis supermarket is located 600m away, while the Lemonis bakery is 1km away.

The accommodation unit is intended for a maximum of six adults and four children, structurally a maisonette on two levels, which on the lower level, on the ground floor, has two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the upper level, which is on the level of the first floor, it has a living room with a dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The two bedrooms of this apartment have a double bed each, in one bedroom of this apartment there are two double beds, while the living room has a sofa for two people intended for sleeping for two children.

Upon request and within the price, a baby cot is available.

Guests have access to air conditioning, free WiFi internet, a TV in the living room, as well as a kitchen with a dining area equipped with a four-burner stove, a large oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

On warm summer days, with a partial view of the sea and the pool, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture. Guests have at their disposal, within the price, the use of the pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool, while in the beautifully maintained garden, they can enjoy barbecue preparations with family and friends.

Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation, within the price.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene in the accommodation, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done depending on the length of guests’ stay, no later than every five days.

Parking space is provided for guests in front of the complex.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
