Vero Marina Villa is located in Hanioti, a popular and very nicely landscaped place on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in a quiet location and 1.7km from the beach.
According to its structure, this building is a maisonette on three levels and can accommodate a maximum of eight adults. On the ground floor, on the first level, there is a living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom, and toilet, on the second level, which is at the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the third level, which is at the level of the second floor, there is another bedroom and bathroom. The bedrooms have one double bed each, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which the living room and each bedroom have an independent cooling unit, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, three bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher and a kettle.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard and the pool, on the furnished veranda, or one of the three furnished balconies.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, whether you want to cool off in the pool or relax on the benches by the pool.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and with an additional charge.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, are performed by the guests themselves. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee for cleaning the accommodation after guests check out.
A covered parking space in the yard is provided for the guests of the accommodation.
This accommodation is open throughout the year and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.

Bookings
A minimum number of nights is six.
A damage deposit of 500€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
