Marina Pool Villa is an elegant luxury villa with a spacious yard and private pool, only 1.7 km from the beach. It is an ideal choice for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment. The villa offers enough space for privacy, the possibility of preparing meals on the grill and the perfect atmosphere for a holiday all year round.
According to its structure, this building is a maisonette on three levels and can accommodate a maximum of eight adults. On the ground floor, on the first level, there is a living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom, and toilet, on the second level, which is at the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the third level, which is at the level of the second floor, there is another bedroom and bathroom. The bedrooms have one double bed each, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which the living room and each bedroom have an AC unit, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, three bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher and a kettle.
On the veranda or on one of the three balconies equipped with seating, you can enjoy the view of the pool and the yard.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, whether you want to cool off in the pool or relax on the benches by the pool.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and with an additional charge.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, are performed by the guests themselves.
A covered parking space in the yard is provided for the guests of the accommodation.
This accommodation is open throughout the year and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.
Marina Pool Villa is located 5km from the popular resorts of Pefkochori and Polichrono, while it is 92km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
A minimum number of nights is six.
A damage deposit of 500€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 15€ per Night.
