Niki Apartment is located on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in Hanioti. The accommodation is 100m from the beach.
It is about 300m from the center of town, and this is also the distance to the nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.
The apartment has one bedroom, designed to accommodate a maximum of five people. The bedroom has a double bed, while in the kitchen area there is a sofa for two people and another sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and an equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, while changing bed linen and towels is not provided. In this accommodation, for the service of cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional payment of 65€ per reservation is required.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and with an additional fee of 50€ per reservation.

Note
Minimum stay requirement is 6 nights, for bookings less than 6 nights the price is upon request.
A guarantee deposit in the amount of 200 euros is required if you come to the accommodation with a pet. If no damage is caused, the deposit is returned upon leaving the apartment.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
