Niki Apartment is located on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in Hanioti. The accommodation is 100m from the beach.
It is about 300m from the center of town, and this is also the distance to the nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.
The apartment has one bedroom, designed to accommodate a maximum of five people. The bedroom has a double bed, while in the kitchen area there is a sofa for two people and another sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and an equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, while changing bed linen and towels is not provided.
A one parking space is provided for accommodation guests.

The location is excellent, the beach is nearby, and it is a beach that is not very crowded, where one can truly relax. The promenade is about 200-300 meters away from the accommodation. Hanioti is a beautiful and peaceful place; at night, there is silence without the noise of the city, making it perfect for a getaway. The biggest drawback of the apartment is that there is hardly ever hot water, and cold water comes only occasionally; they say the problem is the pressure, which is very weak, and when the water does come, it flows in very small amounts. We were on vacation with three small children, and I couldn't bathe them even once in the evenings due to the lack of water (so we used bottled water). The apartment is overpriced considering the lack of water. Another downside is the uncomfortable beds; all three beds are quite uncomfortable, and on one, the slats are even visible.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged.
