The accommodation extends over two levels and is structured as a maisonette designed to host up to ten adults. The first level, the first floor, features a pleasant atmosphere and includes a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the second level, the second floor, where two bedrooms and a toilet are located. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third offers two single beds, and the living room has two sofas that can each accommodate two people. This layout provides the perfect balance between privacy and shared space, making the apartment an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a holiday with comfort and a home-like atmosphere.

Special attention has been given to families with small children, ensuring that even the youngest guests are considered. A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge, making travel planning easier for parents and eliminating the need to bring extra equipment. This provides children with a safe and comfortable sleeping space, while parents enjoy a more relaxed and carefree stay.

The apartment is equipped with carefully selected appliances and amenities that make the stay practical and pleasant. Four air conditioners ensure a comfortable temperature in every room, while some bedrooms also have fans for guests who prefer that option. Free WiFi provides easy internet access, whether for work or planning excursions, and a television offers moments of relaxation with favorite content. The kitchen is designed to be functional and suitable for preparing various meals: available are a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, practical appliances that make preparing drinks and meals easy at any time of day.

The outdoor space of the accommodation allows guests to enjoy the open air, with balconies furnished with seating sets. From the balconies, there is a partial sea view, glimpsed through the olive trees, creating a unique blend of greenery and blue. Guests traveling with pets are welcome to bring them along, with prior arrangement with the owner and an additional fee. If no damage occurs during the stay, the deposit is fully refunded.

For those who want extra convenience, a full cleaning service is available at an additional cost. Linen and towel changes are not included in the basic price but can be arranged with the owner for an extra fee.

Two private parking spaces are provided within the yard, making the stay simpler and worry-free. Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.
