- Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
- Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third offers two single beds, and the living room has two sofas that can each accommodate two people.
