Just 100 m from the sandy beach, this accommodation allows you to reach the shore in just a few minutes of a gentle walk. The villa is set away from the very center of the town, surrounded by greenery and typically built houses, which makes it a perfect choice for guests who want a relaxed stay while all the amenities of Hanioti are still within easy reach.

An apartment with three bedrooms, designed as a maisonette on two levels, is carefully planned to provide maximum comfort for larger families or groups of guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom, while the upper floor features two additional bedrooms and another bathroom, ensuring greater privacy and functionality during the stay. It is intended to accommodate seven adults and two children. Two bedrooms each contain one double bed, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed with a lower bunk designed for two people. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed available for two people.

Upon request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an air conditioner in the living room and in two bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy the veranda, one of the balconies, or the landscaped yard, which provides enough space for relaxation throughout the day. In the yard there is a dining table and seating furniture, as well as a barbecue, making it an ideal place for shared meals and outdoor socializing.

In this accommodation it is possible to stay with small pets, whose arrival must be announced in advance during booking, bearing in mind that an additional fee is charged for pet stays. Upon arrival, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for any damage, and it will be fully refunded if no damage is made.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. Cleaning services as well as bed linen and towel changes are not included in the price of accommodation, but can be provided for an additional fee.

One parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but parking is also possible in the immediate vicinity of the house, along the street.

Hanioti is one of the most popular resorts on the eastern coast of Kassandra, known for its long sandy beaches, clean and clear sea, and abundant greenery that gives the whole place a special atmosphere. The center of Hanioti offers promenades, taverns, restaurants, cafes, and numerous shops, so during the summer season there is a pleasant and lively atmosphere. Nearby are the popular resorts of Pefkohori, 5 km away, and Polychrono, 4 km away, while Thessaloniki Airport is about 91 km away, allowing for easy and quick arrival. Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

The minimum length of stay is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests traveling with pets are required to leave a security deposit of €200. The owner retains the deposit as security for any potential damages, and it will be fully refunded if no damage is incurred.
