**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Description

Mendi Apartment has one four-bed apartment on the ground floor. It is located in a quiet street near the center of Kallithea, and since the house has only two other units, privacy is guaranteed. Pets are allowed in the apartment.

The beach is 300m from the accommodation.

The apartment is on the ground floor, on the side of the building, and has its own, separate entrance into the yard. It is small (25m2) and does not have terrace, but a free space with an awning. The first room has a sofa bed, a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, a big refrigerator with a freezer and a small cooker with three rings and an oven. The bedroom is small, with one double bed and closet, and the bathroom has a shower curb with curtain.

The apartment has internet, air conditioning, multipractic, electric kettle, toaster and hairdryer.

Cleaning, as well as changing towels and linen, are done by the guests themselves as needed (the owners leave a set of clean linen in the closet).

The accommodation does not have its own parking lot, but at 20m there is a public area where guests can park their cars.

If you prefer a quiet family holiday, away from the crowd, near the center of beautiful Kallithea, Mendi Apartment might be a good choice.

The accommodation was just as described. The host, Antonis, is an exceptionally kind person who welcomes you with a small gift. I have no complaints except for the distance to the sea; the description states 300m, but it is actually over 500m. The accommodation is clean and comfortable (there were two of us), equipped with everything we needed, and the fenced yard was significant for us since we had two small dogs. Additionally, we stayed from July 26 to August 10, during which it was unbearably hot, and the apartment does not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans. They cool reasonably well, but it would have been better if there was air conditioning. Overall, we were satisfied with both the accommodation and the host, as well as with Nikan, through whom we booked.

The apartment is just as depicted in the pictures. The cleanliness is of the highest standard. Everything you need and even more is provided (kettle, toaster, lemon squeezer, chopper, dish detergent and sponge, liquid soap, washing machine, hairdryer...). The owners are very cordial, and a bottle of wine along with a bottle of water will be waiting for you in the fridge. The apartment is situated in a beautiful location, in a tranquil part of Kalithea. Accommodation highly recommended.

In August 2017, we stayed at Antonis Apartments, in a maisonette on the second floor. It is an exceptionally comfortable and beautiful accommodation for 5-7 people. There were five of us (four adults and a child aged 8). Everything you can see about the apartment in the photos of Nikana will be confirmed in person. First of all, praise for the hygiene. Everything was sparkling when we arrived. We were greeted by the owners, Olga and her husband, older people who live in Polihron. Olga speaks English, while her husband speaks very little. We saw them then and two more times - once when they came to welcome new guests and when we were leaving. They are very kind and helpful. The apartment is new, tastefully furnished, and spacious. In the first room, which resembles a huge living room, there are two pull-out beds that can accommodate 3-4 people, a corner sofa (for those who wish to dine indoors), a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, and an electric stove. In the second room, there is a standard-sized French bed and a huge wardrobe. There is access to a smaller terrace. Next to it is the bathroom. You ascend to the floor via a metal staircase where there are two beds under the eaves, a small dresser, and a toilet. From the room on the first floor, you can access a smaller and a larger terrace, where we spent most of our time. All in all, it is quite sufficient and comfortable for families or groups. The apartment is cleaned regularly, and spare linens and towels were left in the wardrobe when we arrived, so it was up to us when to use them. The villa is located a 5-minute walk from the promenade in Kalithea, which is a street that closes to traffic in the evening and is reserved for tourists, playgrounds for children, vendors of all sorts, and the gardens of cafes and restaurants. At night, there is no noise; it is quiet, and one can sleep peacefully. Most importantly, the city beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. It is sandy and beautiful, without pebbles. The water is clear, transparent, with a shallow area extending about ten meters, allowing children to swim safely. If you are vacationing in Kalithea, do not miss visiting the neighboring Afitos, which is stunning, with equally beautiful beaches. It is a few kilometers away. In this place, you also have a Lidl market. The most beautiful impression on us in this part of Kassandra was left by Siviri. A small place, about 8 kilometers away, larger than Afitos, with a beautiful sandy beach, a promenade, and restaurants. You can swim and stay on the beach until 8 PM and longer, as long as the sun hasn't set. And the sunsets are right before your eyes (which is not the case in Kalithea, where it disappears behind the hills around 5 PM). And although we are primarily lovers of islands, this vacation met our expectations, and we recommend both the destination and Antonis apartments. We especially highlight the support and assistance from Nikana, through which we have been vacationing for 5 years. We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the entire team, their attitude towards clients, and the logistics. We have never had a complaint. Therefore, we will not change them!

Proximity to the beach, city, cleanliness in the villa, comfort, kindness of the owners...
Cons
The only downside is that in the bathroom, which is relatively spacious, there are no windows and no ventilation, leading to condensation and difficulty in airing out. However, this is negligible compared to everything else.

In a beautiful location, parking is available around the house or in a public parking lot just 20 meters away. The apartment looks just like in the pictures and has everything mentioned in the description. The owners are very kind people.

Cons
The bathroom is quite low, about 190 cm in height (we stayed on the ground floor).

An exceptionally beautiful and comfortable accommodation, situated in an outstanding location. Just about fifty meters from the promenade, yet in a tranquil setting. The beach is approximately 150 to 200 meters away. I utilized an apartment for 4+2 persons, located on the first floor. It is a duplex, with only two beds and a bathroom on the upper level, while a spacious living room furnished with a sofa bed and a pull-out couch is located below. One of the bedrooms features a French bed. The apartment boasts two terraces, one of which is covered and furnished with a large table. Communication with the owners is straightforward and pleasant. There is parking available around the apartment, and public parking is located just 20 meters away.

Poštovani, Interesuje me smeštaj u dvokrevetnom apartmanu Antoni's u mestu Kallithea, Kassandra, upravo od 13.08. ali sa izlaskom 20.08, , dakle na 7 noćenja. Uplatio bih odmah ako postoji takva mogućnost, ili bilo koja druga da se produži boravak u istom mestu još dva dana, pošto piše da je zakup na 5 noći. Hvala unapred, Srdačan pozdrav, Miloš

Postovana, mi bi smo da letujemo u Kalitei , Kasnadra, i interesuje nas smestaj za 3 odraslih , i 2 dece ( koje ce tada imati 3, i 6 godina ) .Letovali bi smo u periodu 14.07.-26.07.2018 godine. Bitno nam je da je blizu plaze zbog dece, kao i da ima odvojenu spavacu sobu. Ljubazno Vas molim za predloge i cene letovanja za 12 noci. Po komentarima mi se cini da je Antonis Apartmants veoma korektan, samo ne mogu da razlucim po slikama koji apartman je za 2 a koji za 4-5 osoba.
