Hotel Description

Mendi Apartment has one four-bed apartment on the ground floor. It is located in a quiet street near the center of Kallithea, and since the house has only two other units, privacy is guaranteed. Pets are allowed in the apartment.

The beach is 300m from the accommodation. The apartment is on the ground floor, on the side of the building, and has its own, separate entrance into the yard. It is small (25m2) and does not have terrace, but a free space with an awning. The first room has a sofa bed, a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, a big refrigerator with a freezer and a small cooker with three rings and an oven. The bedroom is small, with one double bed and closet, and the bathroom has a shower curb with curtain.

The apartment has internet, air conditioning, multipractic, electric kettle, toaster and hairdryer.

Cleaning, as well as changing towels and linen, are done by the guests themselves as needed (the owners leave a set of clean linen in the closet).

The accommodation does not have its own parking lot, but at 20m there is a public area where guests can park their cars.

If you prefer a quiet family holiday, away from the crowd, near the center of beautiful Kallithea, Mendi Apartment might be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
