Tivoli Palms Apartments is located in a quiet part of Kallithea, not far from the center and all the contents it offers. Just some of the many conveniences available to guests here are: swimming pool, children’s playground, pool bar and barbecue area.
The accommodation is located about 300 m from the beach, with the nearest bakery around 70 m away and a market about 90 m away.
It offers double, triple, and quadruple studios, as well as triple and quadruple apartments. The double studios have a double bed, the triple studios have a double bed and a sofa, while the quadruple studios have a double bed and a sofa for two people. The triple apartment has a double bed and a sofa for one person, while the quadruple apartments have a double bed and a sofa for two people.
The kitchens are equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, or in one of the apartments, a large refrigerator and two hotplates.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature internet access, TV, a hairdryer, and a balcony with a street view. One of the apartments also includes a washing machine.
Bed linen and towel changes are carried out upon guests’ request. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Pets are not allowed.
As for parking, you can park on the street in front of the property, and there is also a public parking area nearby.
Coming from Thessaloniki, shortly after the main intersection near Toroneon Studios, you will see a right turn; go straight ahead, then take the second street on the right, and you will see Tivoli Palm Apartments on your right-hand side.
Tivoli Palms can be an excellent choice for guests seeking accommodation with a swimming pool in a quiet area, yet close to the various amenities of beautiful Kallithea.

A good apartment, equipped with everything necessary: a hairdryer, dishes, and a coffee machine. The location is good, but the terrace lacks privacy.

Everything was perfect. The apartment and the new furniture were excellent. Everything was tidy and clean, and the hosts were exceptionally kind.
