Our description
Tivoli Palms Apartments is located in a quiet part of Kallithea, not far from the center and all the contents it offers. Just some of the many conveniences available to guests here are: swimming pool, children's playground, pool bar and barbecue area.
The accommodation is located about 300m from the beach, the nearest bakery is about 70m away, and the market is about 90m away.
There are two four-bed apartments (34m2) located on the first and second floor and are also equipped. They consist of a living room where there is a kitchen and one single bed, and the bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. One three-bed apartment and one two-bed studio. They are all located in the same building.
The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, a coffee machine, an induction hob and a small fridge with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hairdryer.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets and a balcony overlooking the street.
Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done upon guests' request. Pets are not allowed.
As for parking, you can park your vehicle in front of the house, and there is also a public parking lot near the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, shortly after the central intersection at Toroneon Studios, you will come across a right turn, then drive straight, then take the second street on the right and you will see Tivoli Palm Apartments on your right.
Tivoli Palms can be an excellent choice for guests who want accommodation with a swimming pool in a quiet location, not far from the various contents of beautiful Kallithea.

Owners description
Tivoli Palms Apartments are located 50m from the pedestrian zone and about 400m from the beach. They are an integral part of the complex, which has a swimming pool, pool bar, children's playground, as well as a barbecue area. A complete inventory of the complex is available to guests. Apartment No. 1 is located on the first floor, while apartment No. 5 is located on the second floor. Each of the apartments is 34m2 in size and consists of two separate rooms and a bathroom. In one room there is one double bed (160x200) and one single bed (90x200), while in the other room there is one single bed (90x200) and a kitchen area. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen including induction hobs, NesCaffe Dolce Gusto appliances, bar and chairs, bathroom with shower, WiFi, air conditioning, terrace overlooking the sea. The interior and exterior of the apartment was completely renovated in February 2022.
There is also a three-bed apartment with a kitchen in a separate room, while the bedroom has a double bed 200x160 and a sofa 200x100. In addition to dishes, an induction cooker, a refrigerator with a freezer section, there is also a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, air conditioning and a TV. Bed linen is changed after 5 days, while support is available on site every day 24/7. This three-bed apartment also has a view of the pool.The apartments are not pet friendly.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
