Happy Anchor apartments are completely renovated apartments, not far from the center of Kallithea. They are located in a quiet location and within a short walk distance from all the amenities of this popular place.
The accommodation is about 450m away from the beach, on the way downhill or uphill on the way back. The nearest markets, cafes, restaurants and bakery are about 100m away.
The accommodation offers one four-bed studio and two apartments (one three-bed and one four-bed), which are located on the second floor of the building.
The four-bed studio has a double bed and a sofa for two people, while the apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, and in the kitchen area they have either a sofa for one person or a set that can be extended and is suitable for two people.
On request, within the price, a cot is available, as well as a high chair for babies.
The apartments are modern and beautifully decorated, air-conditioned, have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, as well as kitchens equipped with a two-burner stove, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment in the studio and three-bed apartment, while the four-bed apartment is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine.
All apartments have terraces facing the street.
Guests can use the barbecue in the common yard, as well as the possibility of using the swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas, which are located in the neighboring building.
In the fence of the yard there is also a corner for children, with swings, a slide and a see-saw, which are located right next to the pool.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of accommodation units during their stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are available to them, is done by the guests themselves. In this accommodation, for the service of cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional payment of €50 per reservation for a studio and €60 per reservation for apartments is mandatory.
There is no parking space provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street. The facility is located across the street from a large private parking lot, where parking is possible with mandatory payment.
Happy Anchor is a good choice for guests who prefer accommodation in a good location - close to the center and various amenities offered by Kallithea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
